I was informed shortly after placing an order that it was canceled. There was no explanation as to why other than just saying "sorry we couldn't meet your needs". I'm a bit thrown off I'd understand if the part was not in stock but I do not believe that is the case as I feel it would have stated that before placing my order. My question is then what's the reason for the cancelation?
Trusted the description. Needed the drag link end, received a tie rod end. Disappointed. Thankfully auto zone had one in stock.
The instruction were awful. Was missing 2 screws and 4 nuts. Fedx took an extra 2 days then left the package next to a sign that said NO Deliveries at front door. Please put all deliveries on carport.

Overall experience was good. Had the part I needed in stock and shipped out and received quickly. The only downside was the driveshaft was hanging out of the box when I received it. Luckily nothing was damaged and I installed the front driveshaft and it fit and worked perfectly.

I went on line to order fenders for my sons 2024 Jeep Rubicon 4xe. When I placed the order I realized I had ordered the wrong part number and tried to cancel the order. It only allowed me to cancel the front fenders but would not let me cancel the back fenders. I tried multiple times with no luck. I then called you customer service line and they said they were sorry but could not do anything to cancel the order. They told me I would have to wait for the product to arrive, take two pictures and send that back to you all to be able to return the product. They also said I have 10 days to do this. I am not happy about the fact that I could not cancel the order completely within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Excellent bumper would buy again, please take note for all tacoma owners with rear bumper sensors and trailer hitch install sensors and everything before installing
Bought these about 2 years ago had to buy new ones because last ones only lasted 2 years... but for 50 bucks look nice while they worked

I needed a specific turn signal found Et sold and carried the fender flare that required a flush mount turn signal and they had it.
Got some bed lights… I ordered them online and they came a couple days later. Item was packaged in a brown box with tape and padding. Happy face.

Easy to order, fair price, fast shipping good customer service with cancelation of mistaken of previous order
Received the item ordered (open box RedRock step bars for Jeep Wrangler). Actually double packaged (original item carton + ET carton). Was aware that the parts had some scratches, etc. One bar has some scuff marks and is slightly out of shape. Put that bar on the passenger side. Had 3 washers for the installation missing. Had to run to local big box store to get replacements. Added some permanent marker to color black.
Excellent. Updates were provided throughout and the tires were delivered promptly. Great service and excellent product.
