Every time I go on Extreme Terrain, I go broke. Recently I have been rebuilding a cheap jeep TJ. The process of finding gear and parts from ET has been easy and quick with good delivery. However, I am running out of money quick. Thank God for ET's discount items and open box parts. I haven't had to deal with customer service as of yet since the description and reviews have been almost spot on. I hate all of the emails and texts from ET now that I feel like a toddler on crack. Now my wife has been enabling my habit especially with the holidays coming up. God help me! I can't wait to have this TJ finished...Then I can get back to fixing my JK. Maybe it's a Jeep thing. The description states that this package will arrive at your door already mounted and balanced and ready to be installed on your vehicle. Not only were they not mounted, the wheels arrived one day and the tires the next day. I contacted ET to find out what happened and they told me that they would schedule me with a local installer to have them mounted and balanced. They gave me their list of 3 shops that I had never heard of and told me to pick one, so I did. Then I was contacted by another company that actually handles this and was told to give them 3 dates that I was available for the tires. Once I did this they contacted me at a later time to tell me I was scheduled and a time to be there. The shop they used was not the one I chose and was a little further away but I did it. The shop was nice but mounting tires is a very small part of their business. They have one guy that can do it and he had to be called in. I had 5 tires mounted and balanced and it took right around 2 hours. I took them home and put them on my jeep myself. I bought this package thinking they'd arrive and I'd throw them on my Jeep. If I had known I would have to haul 5 tires and 5 rims to a tire shop and back I would've just shopped local in the first place.

Easy to find and order adjustable rear lower control arms for my Jeep TJ. Live in rural Minnesota but ET somehow managed to get it here in 2 days! Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
Order was very easy to complete; double checked the order and size requirements. Was notified that the order was shipping in less than 48hrs. Arrived quickly and without any issues.
Ordered on Wednesday the part with free delivery to be here by Friday but not delivered until Tuesday the next week with ability to track.
