Ordered Item 3 Nov 24. Big "hype" on 3–4-day delivery time. Website told to expect delivery 7 Nov. Item delivered 9 Nov. Hype was BS.
Purchased 4 wheels for a jeep tj. They look nice. One wheel has bent already after a few weeks on the road. Hope it is a fluke. Time will tell if the rest last longer.
I received right product but for the wrong vehicle. They quickly provided return shipment, and sent correct part as soon as return was picked up by carrier (even before they received wrong one back)
Got my order sooner then expected and everything installed just as there videos showed. Very happy with the outcome and would and will buy from Extreme Terrain again!

Order was supposed to come with a free install which was the major deciding factor of choosing this company however I was never contacted For the service which was what the advertisement said. After finally tracking down the phone number for the department I'm told I cannot be serviced for at least three weeks out and it has to fall on a weekday. I'm a U.S ARMY recruiter and do not get week days off. I genuinely feel like I got scammed. I wish you guys the best I do I just wish you were honest with people it took me a long time to save the money I spent with your company.

I have located your wheel and tire purchase first I apologize for any miscommunication with install connect, unfortunately they do not schedule on the weekends due to shops not completing the work in the past and that specific department is not open either to assist the shop if needed. We understand that most people do work Monday through Friday so we try to accommodate by asking which 3 dates and times our customers prefer. Ordered the Dorman aluminum oil cooler and filter assembly for the 3.6 in my 2013 jeep wrangler. It's been day's, the money has been taken out of my account and all it says on tracking is "the shipping label was created, awaiting pickup" is this a manufacturer or shipper issue or what... really wish someone could give me a idea of why I paid for a part that is taking day's for fed ex to pickup... HELP!

Easy shopping experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because there wasn't enough information about the springs I bought. I have a Toyota TRD lift on my 2022 Tacoma and as I was researching these springs, I didn't see any mention of how the U bolts would fit with the factory lift. The factory lift has a spacer between the springs and the axle. So I went ahead and purchased the recommended U bolts and found out they are about 3/4" short. Not a big deal because I went to the local auto parts store and picked up some longer bolts. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Am currently installing the springs as I write this and they are pretty simple to install. Just need patience and a buddy to help when you put the new springs under the truck. It's doable by yourself, but they weigh about 80 lbs. so, just easier with an additional hand.
