The products at Extreme Terrain are vast and of good quality. The problem I have found is that 1) there is not way to easily search through the reviews to find what you need. They have a frequent questions on products section which is nice, but no way to comb through the reviews. 2) If updates are made to the product this is not reflected anywhere. The bumper I purchased was upgraded at some point to reflect the needs of the users by adding in appropriate fog light brackets to different models, however this information was not shown, and as such people are avoiding the product or going in with incorrect conceptions.
Placed order which was out of stock. Notified immediately with a anticipated delivery date which was fine and advised our credit card would not be charged until item shipped. Appreciate the communication and keeping us advised. Cannot ask for more. Excellent service.

Literally, blasted my email over and over for a review before the product even shipped. Need to chill out on the emails
Ordering was super easy fast shipping. Everything came as it should, I did have to get the locksmith to program it though with my keys since the keys it came with didn't have chips.
Order was placed 11-1-2024, today 11-11-2024 still waiting on delivery.
Shipping quick opened them up and the product is scratched and chipped.

Works as described. Helped take some of the wander out. 22 settings leave plenty of room for adjustments. Found 16 works the best for me at the moment.

I ordered spark plugs. They arrived in a soft pack. A soft pack! One of them had actually fallen out of its individual box. There's no telling what my titanium plug gaps are now. I even received an email asking whether I got my package or not the day before it arrived. What the hell is going on in your shipping and receiving department? Not the quality service I have experienced in the past.
