I had a coupon and went through the purchase process after 10 days of research all my options and when I processed a purchases I failed to enter my coupon. I reached out to customer service right away and was told they wouldn't help me. It was an out of over $1,000 they wouldn't even consider a credit as soon as I sent them the coupon information.

I was expecting my parts today and they didn't come as told to me by ET. I'm hitting the trails this weekend and need the parts I ordered. They said it would be here today and they aren't. So, as a new, first time customer, idk what to say. I ordered over the phone via a telephone sales rep, and he guaranteed the parts would be here. Now here we are, on the day of delivery, and no parts. Describe my experience, it was great until ET let me down. No notice. No nothing. Just a bunch of spam mail asking how my purchase went. It went well, until I paid for a service and was let down by the very people I paid for that service. Hopefully, I get the items I already paid in full for, tomorrow. Jeez Louise. Let's hear it for customer service. Only giving two stars because I'm sure the parts are great. But the delivery is nonsense…
Sorry, not sorry. I should get some $ off for this BS. I even told the guy, we're heading out Saturday, will the parts be here before? He said yes, no problem. Here we are with a problem. Sucks. You pay for something and something always happens to delay that something. Thanks ET. Can't wait to install my parts the night before I hit the trails. Nothing like waiting til the last minute. Looks like we ended up shipping the links, and the valve stem cap together and that is why they are arriving on Wednesday. Have not gotten to put them in yet, all parts are there and seem to be high quality
Part wasn't correct. Sent $17.00 for the part plus shipping and tax total was around $22.00. Need to return it and they will only give me around $7.00 for credit. Won't ever order anything from them again
