I placed my first ever order with EverBuying just recently and I'm very pleased to say that there were no negatives whatsoever. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.
The 2 items I purchased were priced much lower than anywhere else and shipping costs were included in the price, meaning that the price advertised is all you pay. Delivery time to Australia was most impressive at just 11 days and the items arrived in good condition.
Unfortunately, the C3 cell phone which I purchased was missing its user manual but once I let them know, the issue was resolved almost immediately by Lucy emailing me copies of the relevant documentation. Their communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Wow! All the whining going on here! I buy hundreds of items from everbuying to resell in my store- these are unbeatable near-wholesale prices you are getting folks, cut them some slack! Your order will take 3 to 5 days to process- is that unbearable? Shipping is slow, yah, but did you also notice its FREE! No complaints about that, huh! I shopped at Everbuying.net (by the way, earlier - Everbuying.com) since April of 2013. Selecting this store - lowest price by coupons and accumulated points. That's not all - an additional discount given when booking via the mobile application. Emerging issues are always resolved quickly and clearly. But in fairness it should be noted that the store still has room for improvement of quality of service. I would buy here in the future and recommend it to everybody.
I had dropship over 150 orders from everbuying for over a 1000 dollar total in about 3 months, Completely reliable. My experiences: 2 times my customer didn't receive the parcel, put a request and they have full refund me. 1 time I ordered a mask, which broke. Choice to sent it back or pay half refund to get a new one. (sounds reasonable to me) the new one is o. K. Once. So in my experience with everbuying is 100% reliable. But you have to be aware: very low price means lesser quality. But sometimes it's surprisingly good.
I buy my Xiaomi earphones off this site because I know they are genuine at a very good price point. The shipping from this site is faster than sites like geekbuying.

10 days still no phone. Site said 24hr. Shipping, it took them 6 days, I foolishly took out express shipping with (D. H. L.) I declined insurance, but was still charged. The site said (2-3)days delivery, but still not arrived, and to make matters worse, D. H. L. Automatically bill you for taxes, for item, insurance and delivery as well.(£23) on(£88) phone, so I've no longer made any saving buying on this site. If i'd taken free shipping then chances are that no taxes would have been added, as they only pick out random parcels for excise inspection. It saves the site money. When you pay your own delivery.so don't use express delivery! It will cost you more than you think. I Hope my phone arrives soon, and works, but dealings with this site don't fill me with confidence.
Ordered a One Plus Two with Expedited Shipping. First they ask me for some verification ID and I sent them the photos of the payer's card and passport. Yet, it has already been 3-4 days since the purchase, it still shows processing.
There is a reason why I chose Expedited shipping because I want my package to arrive fast and not get delayed unnecessarily in the name of processing.
Also, they take so long to reply.

I have bought several items from Everbuying. Quick to ship out, but takes a month to receive items. Packaging for shipping however is terrible. Your item is placed in a plastic bag and labeled. That's all. Just a plastic bag. If you order something that will not get damaged by rough handling you're okay, like a pillow. Ordering a watch? Not good as it arrives broken and not working. They do refund purchase to your wallet so you can buy something else. But waiting a month and getting broken items is a waste of time.
They say items should arrive in 25 days. It has been over 2 months now and still no product. All attempts at trying to reach the company have been unsuccessful. Their site is horrible to try to navigate through. You just get a run around. Have emailed them twice now and still no response. Very frustrating!
Update: After posting this review the company responded very quickly. Within days I had a refund for the product. Very helpful after that.

I think the first week of october is a big holiday in china so if your order is not shipped/email not answered this is why. You gotta be patient when buying from china-they move slow compared to us hyper westerners! I have made over 200 orders with them (drop ship) and the only problem has been these week long holidays they have very often over there where everything gets backed up like crazy!
I ordered two LED light bulbs on 9-24-13 and they arrived yesterday, 1-3-14. Over 3 MONTHS it took! This was my first experience with Everbuying and it will definitely be my last. There are many other good merchants to deal with that offer similar products at as-good or better prices. Avoid Everybuying and save yourself a lot of frustration.

Purchased an Android phone and some accessories plus got insurance. The total cost was $105. I Called numerous times about the status of my order and got the same generic response: Please be patient. That should have been a red flag, because no one ever says that. After inquiring numerous times and given the same generic:: "Just Wait" answer. I was told to wait until after 45 days after the item was shipped out. Of course, I listened and waited patiently. Now after 48 days my emails and correspondence is not being answered. Just goes to show you that a nice, fancy functional website does not mean anything and can still be shady. Guess that in China the populace just accept any thing that's done to them. I would not recommend this site to anyone. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Well first off I never received a tracking number (in order to check status of shipment) after process of payment. Second I have been very unsuccessful at reaching anyone with the customer service number provided nor any response to emails and third the recent bad reviews this company has received. Answer: I honestly don't know anymore. July 2015 I paid for a tablet via PayPal, received in good time, but it was pretty much dead. Plugged it in with the provided charger, took 5 days to reach 65%, so I mailed them back. Most apologetic, they suggested getting it fixed locally. No thanks, there goes any warranty. So asked to RMA, which took some time to be accepted - mid-August, in fact, so about 3 weeks. They said to mail back using flat rate shipping, no courier, so at least a month in transit. Instead, I sent it with a friend who was returning to China. Otherwise around $50 to mail registered. It should have reached them late September. I heard nothing back, so queried them in early November, and they said they would repaitr it and re-ship it. But I had asked for a refund, not a repair. They said they'd give me credit and I could order something else. But the credit did not show up. Only when I launched a PayPal dispute did it appear, early in December. So I placed an order using the credit plus an extra $30, and heard nothing. No acknowledgement, no response to queries, until I again filed a PayPal dispute. At which point an instant refund of the $30. So now I'm back to credit and have placed yet another order, and we'll see what happens with that. If it is fulfilled, I'll assume that they're just not very good at business; if it is not fulfilled, then I'll find all the sites I can that carry reviews and repeat this whole frustrating story wherever I can. More as the story unfolds...
