Great Deals!

I have never been disappointed with my purchases at evachic. With the selection they have and they sizes most people need. If you check out their clearance/sale section off season you can really get some great deals.
I highly recommend them.

Great prices

I ordered a ted baker dress from evachic and I brought it to Bloomingdales for comparison, the sales person told me it is exactly the same- the fabric the stitches and they had it last season. That came to relief after reading some other reviews raising concerns on quality. I saved 75 bucks compared to the original sale price. I would buy again from here...

Love my ted baker dress

I ordered my ted baker bisslee dress about two weeks ago, and I received it yesterday. I loved it totally when I opened the package. I searched for this dress but it was all sold out in my size elsewhere. I understand free standard shipping can take up to 10 days and wanted to pay for expedite shipping, but I was advised not to since the dress was sourced from Europe. I like how they helped me to save money and they have done their job well! Will definitely buy again.

I purchased a dress that was deeply discounted, and a week later I noticed that it had been discounted even further. Customer service refunded me the difference in price, and it was processed and back on my credit card in two days! Most other retailers will not do price adjustments for items that were on sale when you purchased them, but evachic has a policy that they do price adjustments on anything within 10 days of purchase! I shop here a lot and have never had a problem!

I ordered 2 times from evachic and so far did not face an issue.
Items as advertised and quality is very good.
Items arrived well protected and very fast.
I had no need to return, so cannot comment on that, my review is only for simplest action: order online and receive the order.

I was extremely skeptical to place an order given the bad reviews -- I had the dress in my shopping cart for a long time but ultimately clicked the button. I must say that I am very very happy I received my Alexis dress, especially in view of the price I paid. The dress arrived well within notified delivery time frame, and smooth communication all along. Will buy again.

FRAUD

I saw the other reviews, but I didn't want to believe them. I placed an order on 12/18/19 and still haven't received it. They play along responding to your customer service inquiries and keep telling you the order is coming. They even sent a tracking number that went to a different state (after 3 weeks of waiting). Feels like they just continue to lead you on until it's too late.

I gave them many opportunities to resolve the situation, as I was trying to support a small business, but FRAUD is FRAUD and its wrong. Do not buy from them.

STAY CLEAR - FRAUD

Sells on Ebay, and tells me to purchase off their website. Invoiced my directly and then no communication afterwards. Tracking number added however it's a letter and status states USPS is still waiting for the parcel. They do not reply emails. AVOID!

There is no way to express my frustration and anger at their horrible way of doing business. After two months of sending proof to my credit card company and contesting the charges, my bank (not EvaChic!) refunded my money.

As far as I know, they're still talking to EvaChic trying to make them refund the money. I cannot believe I trusted this website - as it seems some people actually got their clothes but I'd say it's 50-50 whether you're gonna get it or get caught up disputing the charges for several month, having your money tied up in this BS.

Ps. If you're currently writing them to get your money back and they keep saying "it takes up to x business days to transfer the money" they are right-out lying. Don't wait another minute and dispute the charge with your credit card company.

*Edit*: Don't believe the comment below, I have NOT received my money back. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company! It's now been close to two months (not three days)

Avoid, avoid, avoid this page like the plague. I purchased a skirt for 280$, didn't ship for two weeks, when I inquired they said it was out if stock and they had to reorder one for me. I waited for another week, inquired again. They apparently had to send it back because it was "faulty". At this point, I requested a refund. The order was cancelled but my refund has still not been processed after 4 days. I don't think I'll see my money again and all I can do is to warn others. DON'T ORDER FROM EVACHIC!

Scam artists.

They gladly took my payment for $400 pants - I waited a month. Nothing. Looked at tracking. Label had been printed in SF but no sign of item. Finally contacted EvaChic. They informed me that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock and would refund me but that it would take time. I went on line, and still today they offer the pants in the size I wanted as being 'available'. Pure scam artists. Do not - DO NOT order. It's one big con.

On Sept 15, we communicated to you that your order was in back order, but we cannot deliver it by Sept 30. The pants are "out of stock " as clearly shown on the website.

Just amazing!

With my vacation trip to Asia almost ruined by Expedia, something good did happen. I need to thank the customer service people for their patience, understanding and flexibility. I ordered a dress, but I was not sure about the size, so I changed the size twice and delivery address twice. Each time response was quick and effective. My dress was beautifully packaged and exactly as described. I am simply thrilled.

I ordered an Item on the 8th of February. They took my money, and sent me a UPS shipping/tracking number. It showed up as the item having been shipped. Then two weeks later they sent me an email saying the item was not in stock and they would refund me within 2-3 days. I still havent received the refund 6 weeks later. Complete scam - or at the very least totally useless and clueless company.

EvaChic does not ship with UPS, the only shipping provider we are shipping our products is USPS and shipping is Free. Your order was scheduled to be shipped with USPS tacking number LZ641393348US
During the COVID-19 we experienced delays in our operations and we have notified publicly all our clients that they should expect some delays in the shipping and handling of their orders. Your order has been refunded after you confirmed you want to cancel it. You are located overseas though ( Hong Kong) and settlement of the funds takes up to 10 business days ( two weeks). This overhead of time is handled by your bank and our financial institution, and we have not way to make it faster.
Once more our apologies about the experience you had with evaChic, we are doing our best during this pandemic to serve our clients in the best and safest possible manner.

I have ordered many items from the online store and so far I have no complaints. The prices are very good. The return process is easy. Most recently, I ordered a long sleeve sweater that I never received even though USPS sent me an email indicating that it was delivered to my home. I emailed their customer service department. The agent was very nice. She processes a claim with USPS for the lost item without me having to ask. She also processed a full refund when she found that the item was no longer in stock. She also processed a request for me to receive free shipping on my next order for the inconvenience. Evachic will continue to be one of my "go to" sites for shopping online.

I (from Hong Kong) had a terrible experience with EvaChic. They sent me a Tury Burch jacket WITHOUT a tag. EvaChic agreed to accept my return but when I returned it (after spending around USD30 on speed post), they rejected it and said it was late and asked me to get proof from the Hong Kong Post that the delay was caused by the flight restriction/restricted service.

After I run around the house and got the evidence, EvaChic did not honour their words. After nearly a year, they have neither refunded nor returned the jacket to me!

Happy to attach the email thread to prove the case and show how rude the customer service officers of Eva Chic are!

Even if we disagreed with your claim, we accepted your return immediately honoring our return policy,

This was not my first time buying from evachic- so I was not nervous, but once again after my recent purchase I am satisfied! The dresses are beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. For anyone who loves designers with a bank account that can't support, with a loathe of fakes- this is the perfect blend!
