They gladly took my payment for $400 pants - I waited a month. Nothing. Looked at tracking. Label had been printed in SF but no sign of item. Finally contacted EvaChic. They informed me that the item I had ordered was no longer in stock and would refund me but that it would take time. I went on line, and still today they offer the pants in the size I wanted as being 'available'. Pure scam artists. Do not - DO NOT order. It's one big con.

On Sept 15, we communicated to you that your order was in back order, but we cannot deliver it by Sept 30. On the 30th of September you instructed us to cancel your order and we have immediately refunded you with Invoice # 494E1DDBA4AD6A81A54A. The pants are "out of stock " as clearly shown on the website.
