I bought a miu miu dress from clearance sales before Thanksgiving. I had to have it shipped to my sister's home. My order was put on hold because of discrepancy between shipping and billing information. I didn't feel comfortable in sending my id... after exchange of a couple of emails, all is squared away. I was even able to rush my order. So here i am as a happy customer.

If I have the option to buy something at evachic or somewhere else, I will chose evachic every time. They have the cheapest past season of any business I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. The sales associates are so friendly and helpful, they accept returns and their shipping is so fast and reliable. I would recommend to anyone.

It's rare for a website to combine low prices and excellent customer service. I ordered an Ulla Johnson dress which I received last week. It came in wrapped, new as shown on the pics. I am a happy customer and I have no hesitation to recommend it to any fashionable girl!

I ordered a dress from the clearance section a dress at 60% discount. I received it within 10 days with usps and the clothing was as shown on the site. I frankly think that I got a bargain deal and I will definitely buy again from here soon.

Was originally told dress would arrive in a week... then 10 days... took almost 3 weeks for dress to arrive! I had to contact company many times to find out where dress was. It was a Ted Baker dress that I landed up ordering from Ted Baker as I needed for an event. The dress they sent was different material and honestly I do not think the dress was authentic. I had to return and they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee! What a joke. Terrible company and customer service.

I read through the reviews before I made my purchase. It seems to me that the reviews are very polarized. I was interested in the Ted Baker Evrely Highgrove Bodycon dress in size 0 and I could not find it elsewhere. So I decided to give it a try. There are a couple of complaints about no receipt. So I sent them emails to ask about shipping time. I was told that free standard shipping takes 7-10 days, but I can pay extra to have it expedited. So that is what I did. I paid $26 extra for UPS next-day service. Indeed I got the package next day. The dress was carefully packaged and the dress is just gorgeous. I will definitely buy again!

Trust me gals, I am very frequent buyer from sites like mytheressa, nap etc. At evechic I found the best combination of designer clothes and ultra low price. It is the third time I am purchasing from the website and all the times I received my order within 3-4 weeks; yet, the quality is impeccable. I would recommend this website to whoever of us likes designer brand names for less price and not immediate delivery.

Pleasant surprise

I read some negative reviews and I was sceptical whether I should trust this site; eventually I gave them a try. I received my order as described on the site and as shown on the pics. The shipping was free and the package was taken care with ribbon etc.
I think I am happy with the service I receive on evachic and the prices they offer are very competitive compared to other similar discount site.

I ordered a Maje two chain link dress on evachic. As soon as I submitted my order I got an email confirming my order and giving me an estimated shipping date of next week. Then I contacted evachic requesting if I can have my dress sooner - I needed it for an event. The customer service told me that they will do their best to get my order before the event. Indeed I got the dress after 2 days and I was super happy about that. Also the dress came in wrapped in a nice wrap paper with the tags attached. I think that I have no hesitation in buying again from evachic.

The reviews are all fake! They Never shipped item. Never got my delivery and they never responded. Do not buy from this website! The chat service and customer services are all designed to keep you waiting when they never actually shipped item.

I would like to give 5 star to evachic for delivering the exact Burberry coats I purchased online. At first, I was too worried if it will arrive here in Dubai, since a lot of reviews were quite alarming. But then, I received the courier via DHL today and I am happy with; The online customer care service is also prompt to give assurance about the transaction when I was on doubt and troubled.

Not a fan. I bought a skirt on the 11th and was told it should ship this week and arrive to me by Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Still hasn't even shipped. Really bad. If they say they are going to do something, they should do it. I wouldn't buy from this company again. Not even sure I'll ever get the skirt. I will probably have to dispute the credit card charge.

I am fun of Maje and I just received the Maje renati tweed dress I uploaded photos -which I ordered at the end of April; I found evachic through google search, and after talking to their online live chat I explored if they had on stock my size. The live chat seemed to be a real person from the way it responded. After placing the order, I received a confirmation and a tracking number and within 4 days I got it on my address in Dallas. The dress came in well packaged with all the tags attached and the dress was completely new and it didn't have any signs of been worn. Given my experience I would buy again from here.
