Ordered Sandro cardigan on May 11th, 2020. First of all they don't send email with order confirmation number and order summary, only tracking number, confirming item is being prepared for shipping. No other communications. I patiently waited 3 weeks, understanding that this is a difficult time for everyone and operation slowness. I emailed them on May 28th, asking when my order will be shipped, I was informed it will be shipped next day May 29th, no apologies, by the way. Today is June 10th, shipping status is the same "Tracking number created". Called my credit card to dispute transaction. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this web site.

Nonetheless, after reading some positive reviews from buyers in the US, I decided to give the website a try because a) Alice + Olivia Delora dress I was looking for was not available at the stores in the city I was in and b) the price was cheaper than the in store options. Honestly, I was so relieved with the service. Not only did I receive my order (Alice + Olivia Delora dress) in pristine condition but the package arrived EXACTLY on time (USPS shipping option). I placed the order on a Sunday and received the item by 10:30 a.m. that Tuesday (not even two whole days). I would definitely recommend this website.

Worst retail website ever! I paid $209 for a sweater and only got reimbursed $174.50. EvaChic charged me $34.50 for the darn return (restocking fees, etc). It is such a rip off! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Purchased on Feb 20,2018 ($567). Today is March 10th - still no delivery. USPS tracking states "pre-ship - awaiting item" I contacted their customer service, they said I should receive delivery by March 8 or 9th.

I made a purchase online that was TOTALLY paid by credit card on JAN29th.
It took them two weeks to tell me that my order was B. O AND they promised it would be available before the end of February OR I would be reimbursed. It is now Feb 27Th. The item is still not available AND they do not REIMBURSE me. This is the worst online experience ever. I have never experienced this; they sell an item that they don't have, they get paid for it. And when they say that It's not available they say that they wont reimburse the client. Buy somewhere else; a lot of other websites are reliable and do business with integrity.
