We feel very sorry about your extremely negative experience. However we checked the order history, we do NOT find any customer who ordered Maje and DVF clothing from us, and opened dispute with her/his credit card company. In fact we run into a rare case with an international buyer who returned a Maje dress after two months(?) and claimed that it is defective.
When we asked the customer why it took two months for her to find that the dress is defective, she argued that the dress is not only defective but fake. Still we agreed to take the return as one-time courtesy. So we would ask you kindly share with us your order number so that we can better assist you with your refund.
