The complaint process was handled exceptionally well after an item had been cancelled. Communication, via email, was fast, and the refund to my account was almost immediate. On this occasion, the evachic team were also able to advise me when the item was back in stock, and I was able to receive my item after all - at a discounted price. I purchased an Alice&Olivia sweater and I liked it, so, I ordered 5 more because I wanted to use them for Christmas. After I ordered them, I received an email telling me the sizes available. I agreed with sizes and then on January 4th, I received 2 sweaters. I emailed back to find out where the other 3 sweaters were. I was told there was an issue with my account my address was incorrect. At this point, I have spent $1045.00 dollars and was told the sweaters would be shipped next week which was now about 1 month ago. Now I'm being told the weather in California is causing the delay. I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews, but considering the item that i want is half price with a good value, I pressed the purchase button crossed fingers. I added cost for the express delivery to get it quick and it took them only 2 days for delivery, i checked the item and i was amazed with their packaging and the item is perfect, no defect, no flaws, it is the same as the picture on their site and most importantly, it is authentic! Thanks evachic, you did not disappoint me. :)

I am a regular shopper here. This time I just bought a Kate Spade tweed jacket at a very good price. Yes, this is what I like. Fraction for fashion, and the jacket cannot be more genuine. Of course, the return policy is a bit restrictive, but given the price I can totally live with that. As a customer, I do not want to get returned and worn clothes myself.

Bad experience with evachic.com. Definitely a scam website although it appears to be legitimate. Placed an order, my credit card was charged immediately, but the merchandise was not shipped. They provided a USPS "pre-shipping" number, but when I asked for an update on the status, they could not provide an update. Also, the customer service phone number is never answered by a live person, only a recording. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!

My order arrived in an amazingly short period. I love, love, love my dresses, and they are exactly as advertised. Amazing designer dresses at a fraction of the cost. I admit I know the brand sizing well and so they all fit me like a glove. Great bargains and I would order again in a heartbeat - or when I can save up some more money!
