“Alice&Oliva Sweater”

I purchased an Alice&Olivia sweater and I liked it, so, I ordered 5 more because I wanted to use them for Christmas. After I ordered them, I received an email telling me the sizes available. I agreed with sizes and then on January 4th, I received 2 sweaters. I emailed back to find out where the other 3 sweaters were. I was told there was an issue with my account my address was incorrect. At this point, I have spent $1045.00 dollars and was told the sweaters would be shipped next week which was now about 1 month ago. Now I'm being told the weather in California is causing the delay. I feel that I am dealing with China...no phone number, only email. Good Luck to shopping with Chiess Website

Was a little skeptical reading the reviews online, but ordered anyway! I bought a Sandro Dress and it came in right on time & I LOVE them! Even during the virus and everything that's going on they delivered! 11/10, online tracking for the shipping was perfect as well!

This was not my first time buying from evachic- so I was not nervous, but once again after my recent purchase I am satisfied! The dresses are beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. For anyone who loves designers with a bank account that can't support, with a loathe of fakes- this is the perfect blend! I received an excellent deal on these Marc Jacobs sneakers. They arrived just as described, basically brand new (no signs of any use). Shipping was fast and my shoes arrived in their original box in a secured shipping box. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews, but considering the item that i want is half price with a good value, I pressed the purchase button crossed fingers. I added cost for the express delivery to get it quick and it took them only 2 days for delivery, i checked the item and i was amazed with their packaging and the item is perfect, no defect, no flaws, it is the same as the picture on their site and most importantly, it is authentic! Thanks evachic, you did not disappoint me. :)

I (from Hong Kong) had a terrible experience with EvaChic. They sent me a Tury Burch jacket WITHOUT a tag. EvaChic agreed to accept my return but when I returned it (after spending around USD30 on speed post), they rejected it and said it was late and asked me to get proof from the Hong Kong Post that the delay was caused by the flight restriction/restricted service.

After I run around the house and got the evidence, EvaChic did not honour their words. After nearly a year, they have neither refunded nor returned the jacket to me!

Happy to attach the email thread to prove the case and show how rude the customer service officers of Eva Chic are!

Tip for consumers:
The business practice can be sneaky.

Even if we disagreed with your claim, we accepted your return immediately honoring our return policy,
According to our policy, you agreed to ship the returned product within 3 days after we sent you the return authorization.
To our surprise you passed the return deadline by more than 20 days as proven by the timestamp of the Hong Kong Shipping Office and its online tracking service.
We have been patient all time long and cooperative with you. When we questioned the reason for the delay we never received any satisfying answer.

I have ordered a lot of clothes, bags and shoes to Holland. I always got a refund when I returned items and sometimes I even got an extra discount when the item was lowered in price or if there was an extra discount. I am really surprised that there are so many bad reviews, that is why I write this review. To create a return is quite easy. Good service for customers from Holland.

I ordered an Item on the 8th of February. They took my money, and sent me a UPS shipping/tracking number. It showed up as the item having been shipped. Then two weeks later they sent me an email saying the item was not in stock and they would refund me within 2-3 days. I still havent received the refund 6 weeks later. Complete scam - or at the very least totally useless and clueless company.

EvaChic does not ship with UPS, the only shipping provider we are shipping our products is USPS and shipping is Free. Your order was scheduled to be shipped with USPS tacking number LZ641393348US
During the COVID-19 we experienced delays in our operations and we have notified publicly all our clients that they should expect some delays in the shipping and handling of their orders. Your order has been refunded after you confirmed you want to cancel it. You are located overseas though ( Hong Kong) and settlement of the funds takes up to 10 business days ( two weeks). This overhead of time is handled by your bank and our financial institution, and we have not way to make it faster.
Once more our apologies about the experience you had with evaChic, we are doing our best during this pandemic to serve our clients in the best and safest possible manner.

I love shopping on evachic. I find great quality authentic designer brands for a lower price than shopping at the mall. They have great sales personnel to help anytime there's any issue or question that needs to be address. I highly recommend it to all my family and friends.

I saw the other reviews, but I didn't want to believe them. I placed an order on 12/18/19 and still haven't received it. They play along responding to your customer service inquiries and keep telling you the order is coming. They even sent a tracking number that went to a different state (after 3 weeks of waiting). Feels like they just continue to lead you on until it's too late.

I gave them many opportunities to resolve the situation, as I was trying to support a small business, but FRAUD is FRAUD and its wrong. Do not buy from them.

Soooo happy with my purchase of Gucci dress. So affordable compared to other sites and 100% authentic. The customer service representative was so helpful and kind. They delivered in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. I could not be happier with my purchase. Evachic is my new favorite clothing store. The complaint process was handled exceptionally well after an item had been cancelled. Communication, via email, was fast, and the refund to my account was almost immediate. On this occasion, the evachic team were also able to advise me when the item was back in stock, and I was able to receive my item after all - at a discounted price. I am very satisfied with the service. AP.

I ordered an "Acne" cardigan in midnight blue - evaChic sent me the wrong cardigan in a "green - something".
It was definitly not the cardigan - evaChic has shown on the picture.
But the best for last:
I refunded the cardigan for own account (!) and evaChic transfered me 100 USD less. I payed 378,03 USD and they transfered me 272,60 USD.
That´s rip off! Nothing else!

As clearly stated on our website,: https://www.evachic.com/return-shipping-policy/, shipping costs (and customs fees for international orders if applicable) are non-refundable except for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. We also charge a restocking fee to help us with the cost of returns -- we are a discounted store and we simply cannot afford frequent returns as the full-price retailers. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

You requested a return on May 21st. Same day, we emailed you a return authorization. On May the 24th, you mailed back the cardigan at your cost. You have never communicated to us that you received the cardigan in the wrong color. Had it been the case that you received the cardigan in the wrong color, it is only natural that you raised it in your return request because we always ask explicitly the reason for return. The reason you stated is "could you please send me a return authorization for my order". The fact that you had shipped back the cardigan at your cost shows that there is no mistake about the color.

You ordered the cardigan in smoky blue and you claimed in your review below for the first time that it is a "greenish" color. Please note there is no such a color option for the Raya short style offered from us. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on evaChic.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. We are very sorry that the color you received is not to your satisfaction, but this does not qualify for free returns.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. It is not rare that we have extended free returns for customers who missed the return deadline etc. In return we are also seeking courage, constructive communication and positive behavior from our customers.
