I bought a HAKU Melano Cool White Solid cream from this website. It is quite expensive, but it needs to be stored in the fridge, so I do not understand how they can ship it to me in regular box. When I tried to return it, it is a royal pain.
I am a regular shopper here. This time I just bought a Kate Spade tweed jacket at a very good price. Yes, this is what I like. Fraction for fashion, and the jacket cannot be more genuine. Of course, the return policy is a bit restrictive, but given the price I can totally live with that. As a customer, I do not want to get returned and worn clothes myself.

Shiseido, the manufacturer of HAKU Melano Cool White Solid, describes to cool this product well BEFORE USE to get the effective result to the skin. That's why they say "Store in refrigerator." and it does NOT mean keeping it at normal temperature causes any damage to the product itself. Could you please let us know the reason why you are not sure if we ship from Japan? Because our address is Tokyo, Japan and we do use Japan Post to ship all orders. Also HAKU Melano Cool White Solid is exclusively available to Shiseido Japan online store and they only ship within Japan. I just would like to know what caused you to be doubtful about our location. Thank you.
