I ordered an "Acne" cardigan in midnight blue - evaChic sent me the wrong cardigan in a "green - something".
It was definitly not the cardigan - evaChic has shown on the picture.
But the best for last:
I refunded the cardigan for own account (!) and evaChic transfered me 100 USD less. I payed 378,03 USD and they transfered me 272,60 USD.
That´s rip off! Nothing else!

We are very sorry about your experience. However after carefully reviewing the email communications we feel that you are rightly charged. As clearly stated on our website,: https://www.evachic.com/return-shipping-policy/, shipping costs (and customs fees for international orders if applicable) are non-refundable except for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. We also charge a restocking fee to help us with the cost of returns -- we are a discounted store and we simply cannot afford frequent returns as the full-price retailers. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

You requested a return on May 21st. Same day, we emailed you a return authorization. On May the 24th, you mailed back the cardigan at your cost. You have never communicated to us that you received the cardigan in the wrong color. Had it been the case that you received the cardigan in the wrong color, it is only natural that you raised it in your return request because we always ask explicitly the reason for return. The reason you stated is "could you please send me a return authorization for my order". The fact that you had shipped back the cardigan at your cost shows that there is no mistake about the color.

You ordered the cardigan in smoky blue and you claimed in your review below for the first time that it is a "greenish" color. Please note there is no such a color option for the Raya short style offered from us. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on evaChic.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. We are very sorry that the color you received is not to your satisfaction, but this does not qualify for free returns.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. It is not rare that we have extended free returns for customers who missed the return deadline etc. In return we are also seeking courage, constructive communication and positive behavior from our customers. Leaving a destructive review here definitely hinders our ability to serve good customers, hence we feel it is necessary to present the facts from our angle.
