I ordered an Item on the 8th of February. They took my money, and sent me a UPS shipping/tracking number. It showed up as the item having been shipped. Then two weeks later they sent me an email saying the item was not in stock and they would refund me within 2-3 days. I still havent received the refund 6 weeks later. Complete scam - or at the very least totally useless and clueless company.

Our apologies about the experience you had with evaChic. First of all, you mention that we promised to ship your order with UPS. EvaChic does not ship with UPS, the only shipping provider we are shipping our products is USPS and shipping is Free. Your order was scheduled to be shipped with USPS tacking number LZ641393348US
During the COVID-19 we experienced delays in our operations and we have notified publicly all our clients that they should expect some delays in the shipping and handling of their orders. Your order has been refunded after you confirmed you want to cancel it. You are located overseas though ( Hong Kong) and settlement of the funds takes up to 10 business days ( two weeks). This overhead of time is handled by your bank and our financial institution, and we have not way to make it faster.
