Paid $100, submitted the documents they asked for, 2 weeks went by with no updates. Then I asked for a refund and they charged me a 50 dollar cancelation fee. Total waste of time and money

Used eTags after the state website and affiliates could not process my request due to errors or incomplete information (I renewed my auto insurance). ETags was flawless, fast and very affordable. Highly recommended. They even mailed the tags to me out of state while on my trip. Great!

Anyone with a computer connection can download the paperwork they charge you over $500 to receive. I'm out of town traveling for work so I tried this service. They told me what I needed. I had that. After they get my money, they ask for additional paperwork to be signed that I can only produce when I actually get back home because no one in the state I'm working in can Notarize it. Which makes this service a waste of my time and money.

I have never renewed a registration online. Website was very easy to navigate. Liked the fact I kept getting emails with updates on my registration renewal, so I knew where my request was at. To my surprised, I received it in the mail sooner than expected. Definitely recommend it and will renew my plate in 2 years again.

I AM AN RV DEALERSHIP. WE COLLECT SALES TAX THEN TURN AROUND AMD MAIL THE PAPERWORK WITH A CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO DMV TO CUSTOMER TO GET TAGS. SO MR. EAGER CUSTOMER CALLED E TAGS HIMSELF AND PAID THEIR LIL UNDER $400 TAX. HE DID NOT TELL THEM IT HAD A LIEN. THEY MISPRINTED THE VIN, MAKE AND MODEL. THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME WHO TO HAVE CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO IN FLA... WRONG DMV OFFICE. JULY HE BOUGHT AMD FLA STILL DOES HAVE THEIR SALES TAX PAID. HORRIBLE JOB ON THIS ONE!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE. I ordered this service through there website. But 5 minutes later realized after reading reviews that they take way over a week to send your title. They lied on their website. So I called to cancel (they have done nothing yet but charge my card) and they said my money is gone and that I should use them or lose my money. This is called extortion. I explained that I have not moved forward yet with any documentation and will need a refund as I found a better option. As you can see in the attachment, they admit to doing nothing and deciding to keep my money. I own a business and when we do not service customers, we issue a refund. They stole my money. No title. No services performed at all. Nothing but bait and switch. But took my money. They claim have a no refund policy. But those policies exist after service is rendered or product sold. In my case, nothing was done. They literally took my money for doing nothing. No one should use these theives. Find yourself a local title office that has a license with your county. They will get you a title transfer and your plates same day. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. Trust me.

I like this site very much its way better than waiting at the Dmv extremely easy to use and I like how I was informed if there were changes of any kind thanks again got my tags

Please offer shipping that includes a tracking number. It only makes sense for such sensitive material.

Very bad service.! Hard to get a hold of any agent. After 6 weeks, my title came with wrong first name! Extra charges- not really explained clearly! Would not recommend it!

Horrible experience after waiting days of weeks did a online transaction with them they charge me $300 for title transfer for 50cc scooter motorcycle when their so called fake DMV a agent re assure me to they will be able to do a registrations and new title for my scooter. I went ahead and paid the fee's but then a few days pass they keep asking for me to send the original document over to them so they can process the order mind you this is though email and no phone call etc. I finally spoke with Sara she side all the paperwork was fine all I had to send was the MCO title and it's done, so mail it out ASAP once they had received my title etc a few more days pass by no response from etags no phone or emails sent to me about anything. Friday this date come I check online it says something about renewed by 9-21. I responded to etags though socia media nothing they finall call me before closing time.( closing hours etag is 9am-4pm for me to send them a copy of my motorcycle license and a different vin number the one I give them don't match on my MCO I would or they would call the company that make that brand etc for a vin number wtf scam alert. On their site it doesn't say anything about refunds etc or how to cancel your information or request your paperwork back to you etc everything is all though email, when I ask for my item they would respond saying the status is close. Anyone know how I can get my paperwork back please help I already speak with my bank to dispute the amount

This company lacks serious business ethics. On friday the 27th of August, 2021 at 11:30 pm for a transfer of title. After receiving a letter that ( due to a discrepancy) that my registration was going to be suspended, I went to the DMV and took care of everything myself. And at 3:30 pm on August 28th, 2021 ( a saturday, FYI) I attempted to cancel the order but did not see an option to do so.
Moreover, "customer service" staff were unavailble until monday. So I sent them an email explaining the situation, and since I no longer needed their services, I obviously requested a refund.
I called on monday afternoon to inquire about my request. A man by the name of Juan picked up the phone and informed me that all sales were final and that there was nothing that he could do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that someone would call me back. No one called back, instead I received an email from Juan "Bravo" reiterating the same nonsensical garbage about their refund policy. This is a sketchy company, do not trust them with your money or paperwork. I am contacting the division of consumer affairs, disputing the charges with my cc and placing an alert on the data they collected.
Someone needs to put a stop to these sketchy practices that allow these companies to take our money on the basis of some strategically placed jargon in their terms and policies.

This is what I wrote them after I was mislead into paying approximately 30-50% more to reg my car over what I would have spent by going directly on to the CA DMV site.

SO I CAN PAY ADDED FEES FOR NO REASON AS YOUR SITE TRICKED ME INTO LAST YEAR!

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A NICE CUP OF F. OFF!
