Paid for my registration in January and was told I would get my tags in a few weeks. Tags never came and I get delinquent notice from DMV with
Late fees. Easier using renewal machines in DMV

After seeing that I could have a title overnighted within the same or next business day (proof of such statements are pictured) I placed an order and called customer service to confirm that everything was good to go.
The agent told me that this was not true in any way, and that it would be silly for me to assume such a thing and that it would effectively take 4-5 days to arrive. "What online company processes orders that fast? That doesn't even make sense" were her exact words. Ummm... A company that says they can do such and charges a premium to expedite processing and shipping?
She then told me that all the 'promises/statements' online were incorrect and that it was my fault for not speaking to an agent first before placing an order. ALTHOUGH THE SITE EXPLICITLY ENSURES THESE DELIVERABLES IN MULTIPLE AREAS (pictured). I would in no way recommend this service be used.
The site apparently blatantly lies - Customer service is completely rude - The notification emails even have spelling errors.
Completely Unprofessional and Unreliable.
This company took my $150 and refused my refund when I explained their service could not help me. I had to go into the DMV, personally, to get my tags and decals. The customer service agent, Yammy, said I was "refusing" to send in my documents, therefore they keep my money?! THIS IS A SCAM! I hope Capital One's Dispute Center supports me in my refund!

Given all the problems with the spread of Covid-19 in Florida and the difficulties associated with getting down to a counter at the local DMV, I found this website that will get my license renewal with little trouble, at a fair price and good service. I greatly appreciate this firms ability to help with auto license renewals. Thanks

The site is very efficient but so many add on fees. I renewed for two years. Processing fee, $19.99, a $5.25 agency fee, Credit card fee of 7.64, then a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.$37.83 over and above the registration fee. I will seek to purchase through the county site next time.

My family is very crossed United States and we bought a car in Florida registered in Texas move to New York then Covit happened and while we were transitioning back to New York with the expired registration in Texas but lost the title from Florida We were stressed out.
