I fully agree with all the reviews. I have been fighting for a refund of my money for 2 months. Ordered 1 product money was withdrawn 3 times. I can't find a solution I get kicked from one to the other. This is the first time I've seen such a deception an OUTRAGE
If you've ordered from Especially Yours, check your credit credit card statements! I just happened to check activity on my statement and there was a charge for ESPECIALLYYOURSPLAT+ of $14.99, I did NOT sign up for! Why would I sign up for something I never ever plan to use or order from again. I'm pissed because I stopped ordering, canceled catalogs and unsubscribed from emails. I cut off this company after my 2nd order, problems with returned items, paying for shipping and reading the many negative reviews. I said it before, "BEWARE" of Especially Yours fraudulent activity! I only selected 1 star because I had to make a selection. Otherwise, it's NO stars from me.
Please stay away from this company. They sent me a book and I order a wig and when I received it, it was nothing like the wig they advertise it was terrible. Tried to get my money back and they want return it. Right now I'm out of my money and the wig. People don't order from this company BAD BUSINESS..
Per their instructions to the letter... returned a 3 piece pant suit for wedding. They claimed first they never got it for weeks and then it was there but missing one piece so would not refund the $95. Terrible company... absolutely horrid... do not use them for anything.

I made an online purchase at 8:30pm for $96.34, great sale and a free shipping coupon! However, by morning the amount had changed to $98.12, which I questioned mentally but assumed it was some surcharge, possibly a Covid-19 charge I've seen on other sites? Then a few hours later I receive an email saying my order was being processed but NOW they were charging me $114.31! No free shipping, and no explanation of the price increase! I call customer service assuming they would help me but NO! Nothing she could do and I wasn't allowed to cancel the order! It hadn't been 24hrs! 2 price increases and I'm not allowed to cancel my order!? Never again will I buy from Especially Yours and I'm telling everyone I can to stay away from them! They cannot be trusted and clearly don't care about customer satisfaction!

Could not return liners (ok with that). Wanted to return items but too much hassle. Will not deal with company again.

I rec'd my wig on 3-6-20. I returned it on 3-9-20. It was not going to work for me. Especially Yours advised me that my return was rec'd on 3-24-20! They claim their returns dept is closed due to the coronavirus. However, they are still accepting new orders! Seems fishy to me that they have personnel working to fill & ship new orders yet no personnel to do the paperwork needed to process a credit/refund. At this point I'm assuming there w/b no refund for me. Really pissed.
I made an order on February 1,2020 for a deliver on 2/4/2020. Item was never delivered call customer service only to find out i had to wait 14 days item to be reshipped, called today to confirm my deliver and was told it hasn't been shipped out! Horrible

The items I order from Especially Yours had a cheap appearance and I was so disappointed. I did not return the items because I would have to pay an additional fee for the returned items. However, this is not the real deal. After looking over my checking account I notice Especially Yours had been taking money out of my checking account for almost a year. I called them and cancelled what they say I agreed to ESPECIALLYYOURSPLAT+. DECEIVERS! These companies take your money and there's no way of getting it back. BE aware so many companies are deceiving people. Be aware especially in 2020!
As a first time buyer I was thoroughly disappointed they charged additional fees to expedite an order which came after my trip. I called two request a refund and they said that the shipping will not be refunded that is their policy. That maybe their policy however I think they should make exceptions when they promised an item to be there a certain time and charge you the fees
Exchanges and refund policy horrible. They do everything to keep your money. You never get full refunds. Items receive are not as pictured and sizes not true. KEEP YOUY MONEY. DO N OT ORDER FROM THEM.
You order items confidently. You receive your order, no problem. But when you have a problem with your items, then everybody you speak to tells you something different. In the end you have no item, no refund, no credit or exchange. Just burnt!

These people copy their designs from other contour fashion designers! They have no Integrity and stole designer robe designs from A Bride of Christ Robes, Tessian Leak Designs and Tawni Haynes Designs! They seek to gain off of other people's hard work and when you confront them they admit stealing your designs! They are not Christians but dirt bags that can't do their own work! Christians beware that you are not shopping with a Christian company but with thieves that seek to under sale contour designers with cheaply made low quality garments. African American women stop shopping with these crooks.
Ordered ankle strap heels and buckle on the left shoe wouldn't stay fastened. Wore shoes once. Told to return for exchange. Then came the BS. Shoe not found defective, shoes not in pristine condition, etc. Have ordered several times an been satisfied with items, but never again. Why would I pay $15 to return a $40 shoe if nothing was defective?
