It's very easy to figure out what you want on the site, and to create just the look you need.

The clothes are very nice and the option to customize is priceless.

I have ordered three garments from eShakti and have been impressed with the quality, attention to detail, and finished product. I love the ability to customize based on my tastes. I have received compliments at work and other social events. I am hooked and will continue to purchase.

I was truly surprised by how fast this came given it comes from way overseas (I'm in America). It was packaged with such care and I really loved how it had a note in there with all the names of the people who made the dress.

I love that customization is available - I'm looking forward to a dress that finally fits me! As mentioned, after wearing there were some issues with the fit. The inside top had silicone edging to keep from slipping, but the fit was not tight enough for it to be effective.

I ordered a dress that I love and pants that need to go back. Customer service seems good but we'll see on the return...

I've bought about 15-20 items from Eshakti, and for about 60% of the items I bought, I've been satisfied. I ordered both custom and some standard sized items.
Pros: there's a lot of variety. You never have to end up with dresses that are too long or too short. Even their standard size items are chosen by height. As a 5'2" woman who loves maxi dresses but rarely finds one on the rack in a store that doesn't drag the ground, I sincerely appreciate this.
They add new styles to the website almost daily, and they have good sales.
Their best fabrics available, in my opinion, are the cotton jersey and chambray. I got a couple of chambray maxi dresses that are very comfortable and breathable and well made. The jersey is thick material, not like a t-shirt, so the jersey dresses hang nicely and don't grab onto every curve you have.
I love customization. My body is hard to fit off the rack because my upper body is a full size smaller than my lower body, and I'm also never comfortable in sleeveless styles, so I appreciate being able to add sleeves and change necklines to be more flattering for the body I have.
Cons: The return process is tedious. You're supposed to include photos and select reasons for making a return on each individual item before you can print a return label. Their return window is short- only 30 days from the date of delivery. I placed a big order which included several items that trickled in over several weeks but my order online only showed the delivery date as the first day the first item arrived. I ended up donating 5 dresses to charity because it was less of a hassle than actually going through the return process in the time allowed.
Many of their cutest styles are crepe fabric- it turns out this fabric looks really cheap in person and isn't breathable at all. I live in Texas where it gets hot from April to October, and I don't think the crepe dresses will be wearable in warm weather.
Here's the thing that bothers me most: Many styles on their site are available for months and months. BUT, some of the most beautiful new styles in cotton/cotton blend breathable fabrics sell out within a week and they're never brought back. So, if you can't purchase on the week a new style is released, you might be out of luck. Also, most of their ads on Facebook advertise these out-of-stock styles, so they lure you over to the website, but there's nothing available like the dresses in the add that caught your attention in the first place.
I've learned enough about this company and its clothing to know which fabrics and styles to avoid and which to trust, so I'll probably order more from them in the future.

It was easy to order ad customize my dress. I gave my height and they managed to make a dress that fit me on the first try. Half the time I can't even find dresses in the store that will fit even when I have the chance to try on. Will definitely order again.

The jumpsuit looks exactly like the photo. I received so many compliments when I wore it to work. It is a well made item- very good quality so should last long. So happy with it.

I have a long torso and prefer my dresses to hit my ankle bone and this site allowed me to customize my dresses perfectly. They arrived sooner than expected and the fabric was upscale and hung beautifully.

Good website. Beautiful tops. However the top is too big. Neck line is too deep.

The customer satisfaction team is very accomodating whether you reach them via phone or through email. I chose a dress that I need remade to accommodate my "top" and the communications have been really responsive.

Love all the options to choose from. I do wish that certain dress styles had fabric options as well.
