I was highly disappointed because EricDress is a fake name for a low budget company called Tidebuy based out of China. I ordered a lace front wig and I paid extra money to have the wig expedited. I ordered the wig on May 7,2020 the wig arrived May 21. The wig was not what I ordered. It was ugly and old-fashioned looking. It looked cheap. This company is stealing from customers by making them pay top dollar for low quality merchandise.
I ordered a dress and received it 2 months too late and 2 sizes too small. I ordered a size 10 and they sent me size 6. I confirmed with my seamstress that the cut of the dress is size 6. I explained that to Customer Service and they will NOT accept an exchange or return. DO NOT order from here.

These people are horrible. I ordered a wedding dress in ivory and they sent me a bright white dress. Their excuse was that their fabric supplier made a mistake in the color and because the dress was custom made, they will not accept a return nor will they give me a full refund. The purchase was $140.99 for the dress yet they are suggesting a refund of $30. This is completely unacceptable! Do NOT purchase from them. Horrible customer service. They provide no phone number, just an email address and take days on end to reply.
The wig I received (took 5 weeks.), was not the wig I ordered. The curl pattern is different and the wig is very frizzy and dry. I was so disappointed. Washing it didn't help. Ironically, the cap is made well and fits very comfortably. I'm going to try washing it again using fabric softener to see if that helps soften it. Otherwise I'll just toss it and chalk it up to a bad purchase.

Ericdress would like you to THINK that they are legit because they allow the use of paypal; however, they are in the business of waiting until the last minute to provide details of shipping, etc. if you open a dispute. Why do they wait so long? So that shipping info can be provided for something altogether different from what was ordered. You can order a clothing set for $40 and they will send you a $2 USB cord. Once the additional info is provided, they will offer a $5 refund. Really? These people won't quit. I have been in a dispute with them for 2, almost 3, months now and am still waiting for paypal to issue a refund. The jogging suit was ordered. After making a claim, the cord was sent. Would you believe that I've not even had the opportunity to purchase anything yet because I cannot get a single customer service rep to answer 2 simple questions. The first was about 3 contradictory return/refund policies that I sent them screenshots of from their website and the second was on color discrepancies and the possible availability of color swatches. It was clear from the start that not only were they incompetent because three different reps within a week responded, none of whom emailed off of my original message nor answered either of the questions posed, one of them called me by the wrong name, another didn't know if I had placed an order or not; and sadly they all showed no grasp of the English language. Each time I responded I included a copy and paste of the original email and not once were the issues addressed. It is scary that there may actually be Ericdress customers who experience problems with the company because if this is the response that occurs when someone like myself who just has questions prior to placing an order experiences then I dare say fraud is there are underlying motive when conducting business.
I ordered my wedding dress online. I placed an order with them on the 3rd of March and never received any kind of confirmation, which alarmed me. I emailed them accordingly and did not receive any kind of response back. I emailed them again about 5 days later and did not receive a response back until the 11th of March. On the 12th I asked them to cancel my order, they did not. I reached out to them again and no response. I had to keep reaching out to them and finally had to tell them if my order wasn't ready to be shipped, to reimburse me and they still have not done so. Now on the 20th of March, they are telling me, they will only refund me 50% of what I originally paid, even though they did not respond to any of my previous messages until after and did not honor my original request to cancel. Seriously, if you decide to purchase from this company. They lack customer service and who knows if you actually are going to receive your product. I still have not received the money I paid for this product and it never was shipped.
