I bid and they were doing funky stuff. It went three bids higher than my high bid then my bid was the high bid again then nothing. Your company is a scetchy auction with fake bids obviously
We bid on a couple things all went well then tried yo bid on another one and the site said they stopped my bidding for verification? Really! Missed out on a couple things because of this!
Thanks for your feedback! Since we have an automated registration process we do have a subsequent reverification step for new bidders that may briefly delay bidding. We appreciate your understanding.
The bidding experience was great. It would be nice to get an email on the items I purchased. I cannot find them anywhere. Good things I wrote them down.
Thanks for the feedback! Email is sent to the winning bidder, please check your spam folder.
Prebid days in advance, 2 items sold for $75 each. Prebid at $100 & $125 lost items/not happy with current system.
Thanks for the feedback. We'll let the seller know.
A bit complicated. After login I still have to follow many steps before bidding-lock your account-unlock your account- usually all other auctions after you enter the live auction a person can bid when a bidder sees it is the right moment to bid by clicking the bid now button (yours I still don't understand it "lock/unlock). In addition a bidder can not enter a bidding number like 125,115 or 300 instead it has to be the number the auctioneer decide what the bidding value has to be. In the future; If I can not attend an auction at the site the day of the auction I will not bid online.

Had to have bill redone with tax exemption. Was not allowed to mail a check for the payment. The whole process was rather difficult.
Thanks for the feedback! Each seller has their own method of payment, some may be easier than others. We appreciate your understanding!
There is very little details or description of the items up for bid. I know it would be very time consuming to give more details but it could make the difference in placing future bids. IE: does a tractor have a flat tire that had to be filled? How many hours? What year? The list could go on with leaky hydraulics, dead batteries that had to be jumped, etc...Bottom line; full discloser with integrity.
When bidding on a "big ticket" item as an online bidder, a reminder that the tax rate in Idabel is 10.25%. That could be a determining factor on what the highest bid a bidder might be willing to pay. It's like adding 15% to the winning bid; not including whatever the shipping fee will be.
Thanks for the feedback, we'll let the seller know. A good rule of thumb is to not bid if you din' have the information you need to make an informed decision.
My experience has been a fiasco. I clicked to unlock bidding and I was entered as a buyer for some type of water truck. This was a total shock when i ended up being the winning bidder. I was in no way wanting to bid on this piece of equipment. I called immediately and reported the mistake and was told to contact auctioneer. This was no help, I was told that there wasn't anything that could be done and that they had heard every excuse in the world as to why this happens. I am not able to pay for this piece of equipment and have no idea what I will ended having to do with something that I have no interest in owning.
Thanks for the feedback, Brad! We'll let the seller know.
The auction and online bidding was easy to navigate. The people working the auction were polite and helpful. Pick up of items went smooth and the staff were great.
Thank you for the feedback!
Great. Would be nice tho to know who to make a bank check out to for picking items up after the sale
The seller is the auction company. You should receive an invoice and email notification as well.
There's no bidding issues. There's just so many dealers that it's hard for regular Joe like me to get a good deal.
Thanks for the feedback!
Best auction I have ever done online and the experience was great. Superb customer service and support. Absolutely the nicest people running the business. Hopefully I will bid on something else.
Great to hear!
I called 4 different people to see if I had everything ready to go I even bid the day before When the live auction went off air it didn't come back and supposedly I had to sign in again and then I was locked out
Really works well, have had no problem.Use it a lot for proxy bidding. Only wish we get an end of sale notice what the item sold for instead trying to find it after the sale.
Thanks for the feedback, we'll let the seller know.
