I had a 200 max bid. It started at 100 and the auctioneer said he had 150 i. His pocket to up the bid so someone said 175. I won the bid but could have gotten it for less. Mad as all hell!
Easy to register, plenty of pictures an descriptions. Bidding was easy, even from a cell phone in the shop! Can't wait for the new Allis Chalmers to arrive!

I like equipmentfacts for the most part, but recently I clicked a bid for $85,000 and someone else bid $85,000 at the same time, it seemed, so they advanced my bid to $90,000 and I ended up with the tractor! I called both Equipment Facts and the auction company and both were compassionate as a block wall! They could have at least worked with me on the buyers premium, but it was like tough luck sometimes it happens!

The website is fine and worked ok, but Kruckenburg the Auction Company using EF isn't. They recorded the payment incorrectly-so I was sent a partial payment invoice after my bank sent the wire-they 'fixed' that, then I had to get a wire trace to prove that they had the funds from my bank to get a paid invoice because the shipping company was moving faster then they were. I was told by office personnel that it may take 2 days to receive and that has never been my experience, but until I proved that they had received funds with the trace, they wouldn't look into the issue. Now I'm trying to get Titles and the links in the email do not work and the website says what forms are needed, but they are not available.

Very dissatisfied. I bid on a backhoe and won, the listing didnt say there was any issues with the machine, the shipping agent try to load it and it wont run and other issues. There should be videos of the machine running for the bidder to view like Purple wave auction does.

I got a truck at north Dakota and when I was ready for the payment and pick up the tru k the auction saids that yruxk isn't available because the owner went to the auction yard and pick up the truck.

The app works great. Sometimes the auctioneer would bundle lots and you could not see what they bundled. Once it was what I wanted but didn't know or see and it would cancel my bid. I still think overall it worked well!
