EntirelyPets have a huge variety of products, all at a great price. I've always been able to find everything I need for my cats, and I love that every shipment comes with a few treats inside. Easy recommendation from me!
The refills for the original Litter-Locker are impossible to find in local pet supply stores or big box stores like Petco, Petsmart or Wal*Mart. They only carry the newest model. (I'll buy one of those if/when the one I have becomes unusable) So far my dealings with EntirelyPets has been the same as walking into any brick and mortar store. I find what I need, pay for it and they ship it. I receive order confirmation and a tracking number and in a few days it is on my doorstep. Except for one caveat. Their prices are lower than other on-line pet stores. It's a great "no hassle" experience. I wish all on-line shopping was this smooth. I'll be a repeat customer.
EntirelyPets has better prices than any of the major chains, and even my local family-owned pet stores. I've got 5 animals, so shopping for all of them is a pretty big bill and I really appreciate being able to save money whenever possible. I've only been shopping on the site for about two months now but I know I've saved at least a few hundred dollars when compared to the prices I was getting in town. I haven't had any issues so I doubt I'll be shopping anywhere else anytime soon!
My title says it all. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns, and have a great selection of products (some of which I haven't been able to locate anywhere else). Prices are reasonable, quick shipping.

I've ordered from them for several years and always had great experiences... rapid shipping and everything complete. However... in Sept I ordered a product that was horrible and asked to return it. Got an RGM # and returned. According to the tracking # they received the package Oct 2. I STILL have not received credit in spite of numerous emails. I get responses saying they're sorry and it'll be credited, blah, blah, blah. Last email from them was Oct 17 saying my credit card company would issue the credit w'/in 4 business days. Still nothing. This is a significant amount of money and I'm totally disgusted. I'll never order again in spite of the fact I'll be paying more someplace else, but I refuse to do business with a company who is so incompetent.
On march 09/2020 I placed an order in the $70 range and after 2 weeks of no movement in shipment I tried to contact them by their phone and all I got was non stop music and ads of what products were available. I also left a message on their web site along with my email address asking them for a refund back into my account with no response whatsoever. It's like they have fallen of the face of the earth, nowhere to be found. I paid through PayPal and have asked them to step in and help with this issue. My advise, find a more reputable company in which to purchase your pets needs.
Charged 5.95 shipping for Fedex shipping. Expected delivery date 7/13/16. Charging for shipping, and taking 11 days is unacceptable in this day and age. First and last order, anyone else on the planet can get it to me faster than them. No response from customer service.
Excellent products at a reasonable price with free delivery if over a certain total. They are very good at keeping you updated on back ordered merchandise and get it to you ASAP. I've been shopping with them for many years.
Our dog's vet actually recommended to purchase his eye drops and when they were out of stock, they offered the larger size and they shipped right away. Of course, we had to try some new treats and he was very pleased with the Duck-Duck Jerky. He's quite a picky 10.25 lb. Shih-tzu. All problems were solved by a simple call!
I'm a veterinarian. I deal daily with 1800PetMeds, Chewy, Petco, etc. I recently had a client request medication from EntirelyPets, which was a first for me.
Every other online pharmacy allows me to authorize/decline requests online. I've sent two emails to EntirelyPets asking how I can authorize this request, as my fax machine is currently not sending. No reply. I guess I'll contact my client and explain that apparently EntirelyPets does not want her business.

I ordered liver medication for my 14 year old dog. I ordered with plenty of time so there would be no lapse on his coverage.
I ordered for the first time from this awful company, I even paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Today is day three, I received NO email, NO tracking, NOTHING!
I just called to check on order.
They told me it's back ordered!
No date for delivery!
Agent was clueless asked for a manager, he could have cared less, his name was Sean.
No apologies no help, he actually hung up on me when I got upset….
They are careless, awful, disrespectful and ignorant.

Clicked email link to confirm that I received my purchase which I thought was a cool follow up due to the blight of porch pirates. Silly me, it connected me to "sitejabber" so I can leave a review. So I thought "why not"? I have always received great service and value. A star rating and a few words are NOT enough. A 100 character comment is required. Photos are optional. Seriously, I will continue to make quarterly purchases but won't be clicking the link again. Omg. Now I have to REGISTER to leave my review. So Now I'm displeased enough to want my opinion known. A truly misleading email from Entirely Pets.!
I ordered from them to save a bit of money, but now wish I had saved myself the wasted time and stress instead. It took them over a week to receive approval from my vet, despite the fact that she spoke with representatives and left voice mails three times giving approval. I have called them myself one to two times per day for the last week to check in with what is happening with my order and have been told different accounts each time. Today I was told that the approval was just received today and my order would ship tomorrow, which was also what I was told yesterday as well. Each customer service representative has given me varying, unapologetic, excuses and have offered no solutions. The advertisements for other products that play constantly while you wait on hold are another fun bonus. Do yourself a favor and order from a different site.
This is the second time Ive ordered from EntirelyPets and Ive had no problems. My order was a mint canine tooth paste that is hard to find at a reasonable price. Orders are filled and shipped promptly. They exceeded expectations! Will order again! Thanks!
We haven't started administering the medicine yet because I'm still trying to figure out a way to give my cat two capsules in the morning and one capsule at night without opening it up and sprinkling it on his food. Our vet said this medicine was revolutionary in the treatment of cats who are showing signs of kidney disease. I do wish it came in a liquid or it was OK to open up the capsule But we will figure it out for my favorite cat of all time Smarty Pants. He was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism last year and his treatment is working but his kidney values are slightly elevated now. The high end of his range is 30 and he is at 36... so we want to nip this now.
Terrible customer service, the calls and Emails go into black hole, no answer.
The product was falsely listed as in stock, after waiting for a week for shipment, it showed out of stock. Then it was back in stock and two weeks later still no shipment.
If you value your pet's health don't shop here, the delays can literally kill a pet who needs the medication. They should not be in business at all, they don't know how to run a business.
If you order was back ordered (only to find out after you placed the order) and you decided to keep it, watch your credit card statement for double charging. I was charged back in Feb and again when they finally shipped in April. I only accidentally found this out because I had to look up something in my February statement. I complained about this to the customer service rep and got a "not my personal fault so don't complain to me. Things can happen and it's accounting's fault. By the way, accounting dept doesn't talk to the public so you can't complain there either. We are gonna process your refund so what's your problem" attitude. Poor customer service training. Don't spend money here or spend it knowing you're not allowed to complain.
When our veterinarian prescribed brushing my dog's teeth to enhance her dental health and oral hygiene, I did a lot of research and eventually stopped on EntirelyPets.
The products are of highest quality and vet-approved, the prices are reasonable, the shipping is fast.
Great customer support they will take the time to explain the features of products to make sure you get the right solution for your beloved pet!
I've never dealt with such unprofessional and terrible customer service in North America... Plain rude and disrespectful, one lie after another and they assume everyone is either very stupid or just a one-time customer only! The later is absolutely right because I will never buy anything from EntirelyPets again. The only thing they care about is keeping your money. They will transfer you from one person to another, put you on hold forever, tell you that you will receive a call back (which never happens) and in the end basically tell you to forget about trying to solve your problem. Because they do not care! Worst experience ever. Buyer beware!
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
