I would put negative stars if I could! Do not order! They took the money out of my account and I've been calling for two months for my order! Every person I talk to tells me something similar but different! Do not order! Just buy through a regular pet store or Chewy! You won't receive your package from them! I'm never buying from a sketchy website like this again only the name brand ones I trust
I've been ordering from Entirelypets for years. I always receive quick shipping (e.g., 2 to 3 days) and haven't had a single bad experience. Their prices are very competitive. I would definitely recommend them and will order from them again in the future.
This business is completely incompetent. Slow to process orders. Quick to check your card for funds. I had to call my vet at least a dozen times during the process of trying to complete this order. My vet was willing and called to try to resolve. They make excuses and lie. They have good prices but it's not worth the trouble. Companies like this are are the reason vets charge you to get outside prescriptions! I recommend pet meds if you're doing scripts by mail. Entirely Pets is a disgrace.
I ordered several items from EntirelyPets. They arrived in one week, understandable during this pandemic. However, one of the items - costing $70 - was supposed to have been kept continuously refrigerated. EntirelyPets did ship it with cold gel packs. But the tracking shows that the order took more than 2 days' travel time to reach me. By the time my order was delivered to me, the gel packs were completely melted and soggy, and the $70 item was warm. I wanted to contact someone to provide feedback regarding this. However, I have been on hold trying to reach Customer Service by phone for over 40 minutes now, and doubt I will be able to get through. Never again!
Yes I received my order, but I've tried for about a week to feed it to my dogs and they keep throwing it up. I purchased the puppy formula and the dr. Marty's natures blend. I makes a half a cup of food with a quarter cup of warm water let it sit for three minutes. I mix it in with their dry kibble, they love the taste but about 20
Min later they throw it up. I can't feed it to them.
Entirely Pets display a picture of 2 balls so I ordered 3 expecting to receive 6 in the order like I have on previous orders. This time I only received 3. Cost me over $18 for 3 balls. Won't be ordering again.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the ordering process did not indicate the item was out of stock and back ordered. It took 11 days from day of ordering until received, which isn't a long wait for a back-ordered item. Aside from that, I'm pleased with the product and overall service. Our 22 year old cat loves them!
Very good communication via chat and email. One thing is if it says shipped to the customer it should be shipped as that can be confusing. Especially to overseas customers who have longer to wait and think it's gone. Everything else was perfect.
Pretty good pricing but rewards program needs to coordinate w/their other/affiliated pharmacy site. Their pricing is good but it is confusing which site you are on. If you earn rewards with one entirelypets site, it does not show on the other. The program is also not great because it only allows you to spend an award if not using another promo or discount (not like true cash earned), so the rewards are really a glorified coupon program and nothing more.
Delivery on the joint product I ordered took quite long (maybe 10 days).
I have been getting Bonies for my dog from Entirely Pets for years. They have the best prices by a wide margin. However, I have also spent hours of my time over the years dealing with their user-hostile web site set up. If you buy something on a recurring monthly plan, you cannot tell, when you go to the web site, when or if your order is in the works, or if it has been delivered, or if it is out of stock and you won't be getting it any time soon. Regular orders are viewable, but for some reason, the recurring orders are not. Their customer service is spotty. Some folks are very kind and patient, and some are officious and unhelpful. I was told last week that they are introducing a new software system. I don't know if that's true or if it will have any impact, positive or negative, on the buying experience. I honestly would have stopped buying from them long ago, but their prices are hard to beat and we buy a LOT of Bonies!
Upon finding the product I needed, I went to check cart and added the 15% off coupon code listed on their homepage. It lowered the price and added the shipping cost, which was about equal to the 15% off code it showed for the total. Went I entered my card info the total removed the coupon code and added back the discount. I emailed the company and told them right away but never received a response from them. I sent another email explaining what happened and still no response from them. I would have continued to use this site if they responded but now I will buy from chewy.com instead.
Even though I did receive this product and ample time, I continue to wait on a back ordered item from 3 months ago! I continue to be told that the item is out of stock? Three months? Not very happy with this company at this time!
I could not afford my pets med's if not for these Guys!

I ordered medium sized nail clippers after learning from a vet website that the ones I had were actually for dogs <20# (mine are both c. 45#). Entirely Pets filled the order quickly and got the order shipped out to me in no time. I appreciate their service, especially because I live in Alaska and sometimes companies don't have shipping algorithms that can adapt to shipping to PO Boxes.
The quick release pinch collar works exactly as I had hoped! I use it as a training tool. I received it two days after placing the order whereas I was waiting 10 weeks from another company for the very same item! Service has always been great!
One of the easiest online shopping experiences I've ever had. Their catalogue is super easy to browse and the whole ordering process was just so simple. I didn't want to pay extra for express shipping so my cat got her goodies in about a week no problem. I'll certainly be using them again if this is the experience I can expect each time I order.
There are several items one can't find in many places, however, this site not only carries those odd items, they are also very reasonably priced. Their service is excellent and products top notch. Have been a member for years!

Placed an order online, paid agreed international fees to be emailed to call in to verify order. At which point told oh no we can't ship it internationally! After pressurising them i was told they could but for 5 times the advertised shipping rates! Complete rip off with no product supplied but costing me $40 phone charge!

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
