I've been buying from Entirely Pets for several years now and have always been pleased with their ease of ordering and fast shipping. I have never had any of the issues that others are commenting about, always courteous and helpful.
I ordered puppy food and received excuse after excuse for the failure in shipping out the food.

Be aware of this company! I received half of what i ordered and when i called to ask WT? I was greeted with disrespect, defensiveness and over all bad customer service. It was bad enough, that 10 days after placing my order, i found out they * misplaced * or *forgot*my order but to be treated like i had done something wrong after spending $200.00 USD funds ( i am from Canada) was surly my breaking point. After speaking with the ignorant manager i was told they didn't even have the items i ordered in stock at this time, too bad- so sad was his attitude! Nor was there any mention of a refund or an apology. These Items were intended for Christmas and after spending time on this Entirely Pets web site picking out all that was wanted for my family/friends doggie gift list, i wasn't happy. Luckily for me half my order arrived but when i called to speak to this company about the expectation of when i could expect the rest of the order, a young women told me, not only did i not have any of these items in my cart on hold pending but i had not even ordered them at all. Thankfully i have the computer print out of exactly what i did order and so to be told i never ordered these 10 missing items was beyond my capability of understanding how this company could still be operating. This women decided arguing with me was pointless and asked if i wanted to speak with the "manager" and put me on hold waiting for him to pick up the phone. However after several minutes, the phone was simply hung up, i have no doubt this inapt manager did not want to talk to me again. Thankfully i went through PayPal ( best way to go for online shopping) and have opened a case, considering i am owed over $100 CAN, i am not letting this company get away with that. I have a feeling they advertise and put great sales on the internet but simply can not fill the orders and are not professional enough to handle the irate/disappointed customers. I will never do business with this flaky, unprofessional company again, and i would strongly advise anyone, to procced with great caution if you choose to do so.
Ordering and delivery was good. My only disappoint was that both toys were the same color, i was expecting different colors as shown in the picture,

I don't even know where to begin. My dog is on pancreatic enzymes, first I was sent the wrong product... I thought it would be a good idea to set up auto ship for his meds., finally received the right product and the following month, the money was taken out of my account but no product arrived. My dog ran out of meds so in the mean time I ordered from another company and received it. Two weeks later (after I canceled auto ship) and had been waiting for the money to be put back in my account, my product arrives. I sent it back and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have called this company almost 10x's, have been told that a supervisor will call, I will receive an email with details of my refund, etc. This has been going on since the first week of October, we're now in the first week of November. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE LIARS!
Ordered a life safer product for my dog, they charged the money and then let me know they did not have it. I requested to cancel the order but they did not refund me. Emailed them more than 20 times to get my money back, after days they replied they were processing the refund. It was not true. I still wait for my money to be refunded. I involved my bank and they are encountering problem as well for the lack of response of this company. This is a huge scam that should be shout down immediately.
Got my product in a timely manner and it works well. Only thing is have to bathe my dog weekly for it to continue to work well.
Did a wrong order - paid in full. It was wrong. I phoned in and the order was corrected. On top of that I received credit for price diffence
I ordered a product and a week later had not received my delivery. I called the company to inquire about this, to be told my item was on backorder and they did not know when it would be restocked. It was not disclosed during the ordering process, nor did they send an email informing me of a delay, meanwhile taking my payment via PayPal. I felt this was very deceptive and cancelled my order. I waited a week for a credit on my PayPal account, and nothing. I had to call customer service again. The rep that tried to help me went and inquired with accounting as to what the delay was, and he was told I need to wait. I called back when a supervisor was in, and I was assured if a refund is pending, I will get it by the end of the day. As we are in a different time zone, I waited until the next morning and nothing. I. contacted PayPal directly. Emailed them a copy of my order being cancelled, and my claim was processed immediately.
I ordered a few dental products for my dog and all of the items arrived quickly. One of the bottles did leak a bit, but they were in a plastic bag and each container had been wrapped to try to prevent this from occurring so it did not bother me. I just washed off the bottle and it was fine.
I love EntirelyPets! I find toys for my dog, Henry, that I can't find anywhere else. Wonderful things happen for us when we order from EntirelyPets! I am so grateful to them.
Upon finding the product I needed, I went to check cart and added the 15% off coupon code listed on their homepage. It lowered the price and added the shipping cost, which was about equal to the 15% off code it showed for the total. Went I entered my card info the total removed the coupon code and added back the discount. I emailed the company and told them right away but never received a response from them. I sent another email explaining what happened and still no response from them. I would have continued to use this site if they responded but now I will buy from chewy.com instead.
I have ordered from Entirely Pets for several years now. Even with Covid shut downs and slow downs, shipping is fast. Web site is very user friendly. I highly recommend them.

Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Call ASAP, mine was sitting in the warehouse for 24 days unshipped waiting on an out of stock item.
Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
