I searched their site for Iams Dog food and purchase online... after 2 weeks I received a back order notice then after another few weeks no response. When I called they conveniently stated they are not carrying the product any longer. So why didn't they notify me of this and they held my money until I called them to raise heck about the order. They had not reason for not contacting me. Furthermore, when I first attempted to contact them they were not avail - although their chat stated they were. Bad Outfit. We ordered tick medicine online from Entirely Pets. After a few months and numerous calls to them they explicitly canceled our order. Meanwhile, our dog went unprotected. It has been six months now and I still have not received my reimbursement from them. We will be taking them to small claims court. I would avoid this "company" at all costs.
Order placed and faxed to vet, vet sent approval same day, email from them said "will ship when approved" "up to 3 days after approval, will ship and notify... it's been 7 days and they can't tell Me anything, much less cancel the order... gamers and I don't like that
No email responses. Customer service 1/2 hour waits. Paid for overnight shipping $34.95 Still waiting 5 days later and tracking each state with ground shipping. No refunds.No response from pharmacist. Email link broken.No responses. Had to go to vet and get another Rx. And sent to Walmart and only 5 days for Walmart to get me meds. This company still no meds and been over 2 weeks but charges on credit card. Stay away.
It has been rare that I've had such horrible service shopping online. An item I had ordered 2 months prior said it would be shipped in a couple days and I would receive a confirmation. 2 weeks later, I got an email that it was on back order which was fine, so I waiting a couple more weeks. No communication besides emailed ads from them came my way. I had to call them to receive communication on my order and they said it would be shipped out in a week. Now today, I had call again and the item was discontinued over a week ago. Then they claim that they sent an email the week prior that I had never received, stating this information. Terrible service. Will never recommend. The only good part of this was that their phone operator was professional and respectful.
My dogs love the chewy joint treats. I have tried other forms of joint support that they didn't like, but I give these as treats and they gobble them down. I'm looking forward to seeing how my 8 and 10 year old dogs respond.
I am writing this as a public service. During these difficult times, do not add more anxiety and frustration to your life. They may have good prices, but you will pay for it with your time and trouble. As of April 2, we are still trying to get either the products we ordered (dog supplements, $121 cost) on February 19 or a refund. We were told they were out of stock and would be sending out the product on March 9, and then again on March 31. Now when we call to inquire about the order, they are unable to find it in their system. This business was not functioning at a professional level before the Covid outbreak. It is now barely functioning at all. Their 800 number is "not available" at times and when it is answered by the company recording, it takes at least 20 minutes to get a person on the line. Please save yourself the extra anxiety and frustration and do not order from them.
I placed an order last week and paid for expedited shipping-2-3 day delivey-and I still have no order! They claimed it was shipped USPS but gave a fed ex tracking number! They will not answer my emails and my order is still in California 5 days later! How can a company this inept be trusted with prescriptions? Save yourself the frustration and anger and use a competent company!
I placed an order on 3/8, paid for expedited shipping, and waited. I've written to them 3 times and have only been responded to twice, neither personal but rather an autoreply. What's happened is they're out of what I purchased even though it stated in stock' when I placed the order. I asked them to provide the option to cancel or an estimate on delivery. They provided neither, rather a "your item should be in stock on" response. I understand times are unprecedented but a little customer service can go a long way. I'd never return to the site or recommend them.
I hope to share my experience hoping the pet loving community will benefit from my experience. I made an online purchase early June 2015. It is now july 2015. I have no idea if they would fulfill my order. This is despite my almost daily chasing for a definitve response. Perhaps they are not gear up for international order...?
If your pet need medication, like mine does, being Clueless about order is surely not smart business strategy for business owner? It is an emotionally trying purchase as I want to do right by my pet. Do consider carefully your choice of online store.

I never received my product. I tried numerous times to contact the business. They did not respond to my emails. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally gave up and hung up. I submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau. The company lied and said they reimbursed my money. They did NOT. I also filed a claim with PayPal. Do not buy from this company!
Horrible customer service. Do not order from them unless you know exactly what you are ordering and the product is in stock. Waited almost 3 months for an item on back-order, In the meantime, the price was lowered, but I was still charged the old price when the product shipped. Called and questioned it to no avail. Customer "service" rep was named Chase and he was terrible.
UPDATE: Called again and spoke with William. He was very helpful and did give me a credit on the previous purchase and a discount on a new purchase. He was very helpful!
Good price, but terrible, incompetent service. I ordered 2 items for auto ship, in quantities great enough to qualify for free shipping. For some reason, they interpreted the order as 2 separate orders, so when they were auto shipped (on the same day!) I got 2 boxes, and had to pay shipping for both. Almost $50.00 for 8 bags of treats that totaled maybe 3 pounds. Why they chose fedex to ship 6 oz of treats is beyond me! NEVER NEVER again.
I had an issue placing an order on Labor Day weekend. I had received a $5.00 coupon and I also had a $5.00 Reward for spending so much money. The system showed them but only gave me %. 00 off. I went on the online chat & was told to call. I called & left a message - no response
I sent an e-mail and received a curt answer from *. When I responded to that he never answered. I have since sent 2 emails and no one has answered them.
A reward is an incentive given for money spent - you should be able to use it along with coupons. If not then why won't they even give me the courtesy of a response.

Bought Seresto flea collars for my three cats. After about a month my cats and my house are infested with fleas. Clearly these collars are doing nothing - I have raised the issue with the manufacturer, Bayer, but please beware of these products. It; s easy to tell with fleas if the meds arent working but with some other product it might not be so easy.
UPDATE: They did refund my money in full without too much fuss.
I spent over $200 and never would buy from them again. The items I bought were supposed to be buy one get one free. So I purchased 3 and in turn should have gotten six right? Nope, they sent 3 and one(a bone) looked old and had an odd color tinge to it. When I questioned them they said they would send out the additional ones, but nothing about the color issue. They sent it out but only 1 when it should've been 3 more. You would think they would have just refunded me the money for the cheap bones since I spent so much.

My initial rating was 4 stars (vice 5) because I had encountered an IT issue in placing my order. They responded the same day saying they'd address the issue, and offered my a substantial discount on a future order. Great!
They have soo many products that I love to get for my animals that I cannot find anywhere else! Every order I've put in has gone as smoothly as I could ask for, so they're an easy recommendation for me.
I've been buying from Entirely Pets for several years now and have always been pleased with their ease of ordering and fast shipping. I have never had any of the issues that others are commenting about, always courteous and helpful.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
