They were ripping me off. I had the car about 4 days y'all went into my bank account seven times and had to give me $700 back and I'm still not sure that you don't owe me some more because I haven't gotten a statement from the bank but when I do I'm going to complain to the insurance company has sent me out there USAA I'm done with y'all's $#*! unless I find out that you owe me more money

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car rental company. I thought customer service was dead, however the branch manager proved me very wrong. The service was exceptional and the delivery, as well as the return was quick, easy and actually enjoyable. I had never used this office in the past. However will use exclusively going forward.
