My experience was wonderful. The young lady who served me was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual because my time was limited. She took the time to only do my paperwork, but introduce me to the car that I rented being an aged person I needed that assistant as she noticed it, she even hooked up my phone. I would go back there because of her.

Picking up the car, the person at the desk in rapid city was wonderful, made sure we were happy. Dropping off the car, the young lady was so very nice. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The car we rented was perfect. Drove well. Got better gas mileage than our own car and was a joy to drive. Would do this again in a heartbeat

The people at this location were very friendly and helpful. They picked us up in the vehicle we would be driving so we were able to get a feel for it. They were helpful and informative at both pick up and drop off.

Rob provided excellent customer service! He was warm and welcoming, fast and efficient. Also, the man who showed me to my car and the man at the exit gate were also terrific! I loved the Hyundai they gave me. 5 star experience!

Well, at first my situation at enterprise was a little shaky because I reserved a car online and was told that the car would be at the location that was closest to me, but when I arrive there on my pick up date, the car that was promised to me, was not at this location at all. So I ended up having to pay more for something else. Other than that, my experience was great. Well most definitely do it again.

Pickup and drop-off were so smooth combined they took 3 minutes. What a pleasure to do business with. Everyone was so pleasent and knowledgeable.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! I have rented cars before but this place out shines everyone! The service it fast and friendly. They are on top of everything and help you with everything you need. They were very willing to help and accommodate when we needed it. We will definitely be back for future rental needs! 10 star service that's for sure!

It's easy and fast to rent a car in your Company, the staff are respectful and very helpful.
The issue of gas being at full tank level is very genuine and satisfying such that one only fills it up to full tank on return. This is very good.

Landed in Colombia SC and the location of rentals made it a quick and easy access. The customer service attendee was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Getting our rental was quick and easy returning our rental was just as fast.

Every person I dealt with was pleasant, helpful, and patient with me through confusing or difficult policy descriptions. The online method of registering a vehicle worked very well for me in helping to choose a car before I arrived at the lot.

Don't rent from here complete disaster. Vehicle was on site at the rental time for 1.5 hours. Then gas tank was empty. Car was dirty. Associates not very helpful or friendly. Car broke down. Enterprise won't answer their phones.

You have great customer service, which you hardly see any more.

I love Enterprise! You always provide great customer service and clean, well-maintained cars, but what sets Enterprise apart from other car rental companies is that your cars don't smell with that horrible cleaning solution/fragrance other companies use. Please keep up your no-scent policy with your cleaning protocols. I don't know what I would do without Enterprise!

Will and Oliver were very patient and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle transportation from and to the Louisville Collision Center where my own car was being repaired. Excellent service in a heavy snowfall!

Very convenient was able to pickup up the car at the airport and drop it off at another location. They even provided a ride to my home!
