I placed an order on 6/18 and still have not received confirmation that the order has been shipped. I emailed them on 7/11 regarding an ETA on shipping and they responded with how AZ are on a stay at home order and they cannot process order as "quickly" as before. From comment I've read, it took 3+ months before they got their order. I still don't understand why we don't have an option to cancel if they can't process the order in a timely manner?! What I have also noticed is that they will block you from their social media (or Facebook & IG) if you post anything nearly negative about their shipping time.
I have been ordering from this company for years and love their products. The high quality and price point is amazing. Although I do not like their no refund policy I have had one or mistakes made when they sent incorrect product and have always been able to work it out to a satisfactory conclusion. They have always responded in timely manner, more so they clearly state their no refund policy on the web site so I think as consumers its important we read and research these things prior to making purchases so we can decide if we are on with that. Since I love the products and quality I choose to continue to spend my money with this company. The products truly are amazing and good quality and I've never had an issue with reactions or the product not working as intended. Their shipping has improved dramatically now that the pandemic is controlled to the point were all my Packages in the past 3 to 4 months have been divered within 3 business days and I have gotten. Shipping email with tracking on the same day. I personally love the products and recommend
Over 3 months and I still haven't received my package. They have no phone number to call to or email they send automated emails only they don't respond u can't cancel ur order it's just all bad don't waste ur money
Read these reviews and better business bureau before ordering! This company is horrible. Months of waiting and still no package! I orders (a small order) in August and still nothing. You need To file a charge back or open a PayPal claim if you ordered from this company. Then report them!
I absolutely Loved the products- but shipping took 11wks: order places May 21,2020 but package didn't arrive until August 4,2020. I understand about Covid delays, but almost 3-months, and with no responses to several inquiries I submitted after 8-weeks had passed. A shame, as I really loved the products. Please get on top of your shipping times and make customer service a priority always for happier customers as you really do have top notch stuff!
I am very please with my package! Shipping was fast and all items were what I ordered. Package was well shipped. I am in love with my set. Instead of the light that has a stand I think the flashlight led light works best for self application. I am in love with the product Thank you!
Love everything about their products. Super affordable! The 123go nails are top notch and take no time what so ever to apply. They last until I remove them. Enail Couture is my go to website when I'm in need of nail products! They have stepped up on their shipping. I ordered from them again on Friday and had my tracking number in my email the same day! Love them so much!
I've placed and order April 28 it is now May 18th and i still have yet to receive my order not even an update was sent out to me. I have called and gotten no reply at all. I've emailed multiple time and was being told to call and still get no reply.
While I love his products and have been ordering with them for about 3 years, the wait time to receive orders is redonculous. I waited a year before writing this review as i wanted to give them time to improve but its been one excuse after another. First it was Black Friday 2019, then it was Covid but still no change and were almost at Black Friday 2020. I get things from China faster and that's unacceptable. Not to mention i have ordered from other vendors, like Nuni Torres, Apres Nails, and Young Nails. He steady releasing new products but doesn't have the work force to support the flow of orders. It really sucks cuz he's great and so are his products. I would actually pay someone to go pick them up in Arizona from him and mail them to me if i had friends out there, because they do do pick up and that would be the fastest way. Again great products... And it wasn't always this way. It just started last year.
Update for my last review. My last order came in record time. I was expecting to wait a few months but I got it in a couple weeks. Perhaps they are improving. I gave them 2 stars but I will add a 3rd.
I ordered oval shaped nails from them and received long almond ones. I specifically ordered oval so I would be able to use them when I game. I emailed them about it and showed them the info they asked for and they told me I was sent the right thing. I then sent them more photos of the nail shape I got which was almond and showed them the photo of the oval nails online so they could see I was clearly sent the wrong thing. They insisted I was wrong and they were right. They ignored multiple emails for multiple days. I once again claimed that I had sent PHOTO PROOF to them that in fact had been sent the wrong thing and they just straight up are ignoring me now. Stole my money, gave me the wrong product, and gas lit and ignored me. HORRIBLE business. Love the products but horrible horrible company
Placed 2 orders same day one has come but the other one have not even shipped out I definitely won't be purchasing from them anymore and they are not quick to respond on customer service issues either!
I love the products, ease of use and how long they last. In my country (New Zealand), the product was shipped straight away and arrived within a week. Very satisfied customer. My only disadvantage is that we don't get offered the same specials as what is in the US.
I placed my order on 07/02 and I was well aware of the extended shipping times because of the pandemic, but after trying to reach out to them a couple weeks ago I was given the same script they have you read when you finish placing your order.
I bought the e-file that retails for $299 without tax and when it arrived the screen was scratched up. There wasn't a protective plastic on it or anything. I reached out not realizing they have the shi**** policies and customer service, just asking for some compensation because I'm sure the product works fine but why did I spend that much money to receive a unit with the screen scratched. They blamed it on shipped which makes no sense because it's snug in a box with foam around it and a foam piece on top, then the box is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. There is NO WAY the screen could of gotten like that during shipping. They said to file a claim with the shipping carrier and usps didn't let me do that. I full heartedly believe it was the way the product was handled before. They ignored my request for compensation and they do no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Issued me a code for in-store use. I don't even live in the same state. Then they issued an online code which I won't use. The site is a joke anyway. Honestly I'm so unimpressed with this brand that I will never buy from them again. I've used different products by them before in school but if I knew this is how it would go out of school, I would of never bought from them. It's made in the USA and it shows just how much they don't care.
I used to order from this company so much it's really sad to see it's become a total fraud. And I'm literally not exaggerating like he will take your money and you will receive nothing. I literally just filed a fraud claim with my bank it's been well over a month going on two months now since I spent $130 and received nothing. When I emailed I received an automated message saying that it takes 30 business days will guess what buddy it's been almost 2 months and now I'm going to file a claim with the BBB! There are many other companies with similar products and even cheaper prices I found since placing that order I've already received multiple orders from other companies. I'm not going to give my money to somebody who's just going to take it and run no thank you I don't have money like that.
I placed my order May 23. It's now June 14. I've contacted customer service. By email they never respond. When I called a rep said my order will ship out beginning of July. The status just says order placed. Just a heads up in case you needed a speedy order delivered.
Ordered product June 1 haven't gotten anything yet they already took my money. No returns or refunds. They're customer service is non-existent. Filed a complaint, along with several others with the BBB. Most reviews I've seen about them are bad! STAY AWAY!
I began ordering from Enailcouture right before the Christmas rush of last year. At first, it was great. Fast shipping and pretty good products. By Christmas, processing had slowed to a crawl. It hasn't improved since. You can expect it to take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to receive your order. Customer service is a joke. The last 4 orders of mine have been missing items, had wrong items, and one was someone else's order entirely! They said once return was in system, they'd send my correct order out on a 2 day rush. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. I still have 3 orders with them I've waited on for a month each already. Getting what you paid for and in any way a timely matter is like pulling teeth! I sell online nail supplies and this company has cost me many customers as I look like the one that is being slack or lying :/ I will NEVER use this company again! Steer clear too unless you want a lot of stress and disappointment.
I ordered over 60 days ago. They have not even pulled my order to ship. Mind you I'm a neighboring state! Its so frustrating starting up a new business & having to cancel appts bc your supplies haven't arrived. Thank goodness I found another supplier that is responsible & cares. Do not order from here.
Ordered on 4/25 no contact since then, but they took my money right away so 20+ days later and still cannot fet a response from this company. No one answers the phone or emails, I'm beginning to know that a fraud has been committed by them. Do not waste your time with this company buy from Aprés instead, I ordered from there and everything was sent quick and the products work very well.

That being said over the last several months enailcouture is experiencing a massive delays so you should not be concerned unless it's been more than 3 months orders are massively massively behind about 30 business days before they ship out
Answer: The gel press on is a newer concept but there are a few other companies that have similar products that are comparable in price and quality that have received good reviews. I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.

Answer: It's very hard. The best bet is to going to their website and it tells you when support is available you have to constantly keep checking back and it'll say agents are available or agents are not available that's your best bet
