Honestly never had anything negative to say about a business till now... I had an order over 100$ and ordered in April, it's now middle June and I HAVE YET to STILL RECEIVE my package! Everytime I email Customer service they have an automatic email that is sent days later only extending the date than what was promised. It's gone from 14 business days, to 20, to 25, to 30 and now I'm way passed 30 days. You'd be more forgiving after the first couple times they changed the date. But I personally feel robbed of my money and have been demanding a refund since it still HAS YET TO PROCESS and except they send a bull$#*! message about how they are sorry for the inconvenience but appreciate my business... this was the worst FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE with this brand. Save your money it's not worth it and their "response team" is trash. I won't be returning.
