Bad Reactions

How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!

Missing Items from order

I only received 1 out of 5 items from my order. After contacting customer service I was advised that they did not have any missing items on their end and that I was basically Lying. Never purchasing again.

I saw this lady advertising him and his products on a you tube video. He put a set of nails on her. The nails in the video looked amazing. The nails I received looked like cheap garbage. I am so mad at my self for no reading his reviews and checking his return policy. I usually never buy from a company that doesn't except returns. That's is usually a red flag for me. Please don't waste your money. Also let people know to skip these products.

Very Happy!

I ordered my first order from enailcouture during their black friday sale 2022. I was hesitant & nervous due to all the bad reviews, but in the nail communities, everyone raves about their products- so I really wanted to try so many things! I am so happy that I did! My order only took 5 business days to be delivered & all 18 items were packaged extremely well in individual bubble wrap. I'm super happy with everything I ordered & will definitely be ordering again!

My friend who is a nail professional tried 123 and liked it and told me about it. I ordered and got it right away. Last week she showed me her nails where tiny hives had formed around her cuticles. She took them off due to the bad itching. I put my first set of 123 on last week and today I developed a large welt on each cuticle. Who else has had a reaction? If the 2 of us had one there must be many more. Message me. *******@gmail.com

I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating but I love this site. I've been ordering since 2020 and I've always been happy! In 2020 their orders took a while to deliver but I just ordered again a week ago and my items have already arrived. Not only did they send my order but they sent me 3 free items I would not normally have ordered but they are so cute. I love the 123 bonder gel and base coat! Everyone always asks me at work how I have the same nails on for so long and who does my nails. I'm always so happy to talk about their website and let them know I do them myself! I have one of their drills as well and since 2020 I've probably had to charge it maybe 5 times in total. The battery life on it is great. I have no desire to stop ordering from them anytime soon!

I have purchased about 7 times from Enailcouture. Every package has arrived in a timely manner, well packed and correct.
Mant of the negative reviews are from people ordering during the pandemic and all shipping was impacted world wide.
This company is reliable and customer service is responsive.

Bad monomer
December 27, 2021

I usually buy a gallon of cotton candy monomer from them every couple months but the last bottle i bought from them was their pink monomer not their cotton candy( not what i ordered) but they placed it in the cotton candy monomer jug which any tech can tell the difference between them one smells soooo bad and sets super fast it gives me migraines, the cotton candy one has a hint of cotton candy and sets slower. Well when I opened the jug i immediately could tell so i reached out to their company and all they offered me was 10% off my next purchase so pissed at this company and i will never buy $#*! from them. They do Garbage business and customer service is horrible. I'm out $180 and stuck with a gallon i wont use

Sent wrong product and gas lit me
December 8, 2021

I ordered oval shaped nails from them and received long almond ones. I specifically ordered oval so I would be able to use them when I game. I emailed them about it and showed them the info they asked for and they told me I was sent the right thing. I then sent them more photos of the nail shape I got which was almond and showed them the photo of the oval nails online so they could see I was clearly sent the wrong thing. They insisted I was wrong and they were right. They ignored multiple emails for multiple days. I once again claimed that I had sent PHOTO PROOF to them that in fact had been sent the wrong thing and they just straight up are ignoring me now. Stole my money, gave me the wrong product, and gas lit and ignored me. HORRIBLE business. Love the products but horrible horrible company

SOLID products
December 21, 2020

I haven't been disappointed with a purchases yet. My initial purchase was roughly a month turnaround on shipping, but after that? Four days, tops. Packaging is exquisite and artistic, and everything smells edible; so cute and fun. Despite the negative (and frankly mean in some cases) reviews, I'm glad I gave them a chance. Completely satisfied.

Just a Nasty Rude Company

I placed a $160 order 14 days ago, and it's STILL UNFULFILLED!
When I wrote to ask...Max did a video calling me a crazy lady and telling me to take it up with the Post Master...NOW they're saying 21 days to fulfill and ship?! It's insane!
I've witnessed Max berate customers and use racial comments So much, I'll never stop their again!

I run an International Nail Technician Support Group and used to promote his products. AFTER I QUESTIONED their shopping habits I was BLOCKED on Facebook. And Members sent me this nasty video where he talked hateful about me. Just a disgusting person.

Awesome Company

I love this nail company more than any other! Their products are salon quality and absolutely amazing. Stop leaving awful reviews for the shipping times. It's a pandemic and that is expected. Review the products you received and tell people to check how long shipping normally takes. That is what I did and had no issues. Anyone who is big into nail art does not care that it takes 1-2 months to receive, they are willing to wait the extra time for excellent products.

I didn't receive my package, they font respond back to ANY form of emails or messenger. They take no responsibility for their packages so I'm out money & items. They don't give you a tracking number with your order either I would not buy from this company.

7 MONTHS AND NO PRODUCT
October 17, 2020

I received an order on April 7th, and there was IOU attached to the receipt about my missing coffin nails. Since then I have not received an update and sent numerous emails, no response. Here we are 7 months later and still no product. Im livid that I have spent my money and cannot get it back. It seems he can get products out to popular YT nail artists on time for reviews, but he can't fulfill his paying customers orders. I will be filling a dispute with my card company.

Ordered in the beginning of June. It's now August and I haven't received my order despite being well over the extended times he's mentioned in his emails. Asking for further info gets the same copied and pasted message I'm sure he sends everybody else with zero update. If you ordered with a credit card cancel that order and get your money back!

Amazing.

I've ordered from them 3 times now. During the pandemic, it did take me over a month each to receive two orders but the quality makes it worth it. I placed my 3rd order two days ago and it'll be here in 3 days, so that is definitely more convenient. Their products are incredible and never miss the Mark.
