I run an International Nail Technician Support Group and used to promote his products. AFTER I QUESTIONED their shopping habits I was BLOCKED on Facebook. And Members sent me this nasty video where he talked hateful about me. Just a disgusting person.
Affordable high end products. I have made many of orders with them and whenever I've had a issued communication is key! They are a hard working company.
The shipping policy and return policy is as follows: we will ship it when we are good and ready. If we mis ship it not our problem you won't get a refund even if it's our fault! Bc we say so that is why. Because of a pandemic 3 yrs ago, you might get your product sometime this season. But again, if you never receive the product no refunds. Why? Bc we will just say we are shipping it and you will give up."
I am literally appalled by their practices. It's sketchy from the start. Who puts their return policy in shipping policy ONLY? One who wants to be sure you don't see it. This owner clearly thinks product will sell itself and they are too awesome to be held accountable. Not how it works. They can say all sales are final BUT THERE HAS TO BE A SALE FIRST.
As it stands for me, I put an order in last month. I got super economy items from China before I ever got this from a state in the US I am maybe 500 miles from. I contact them as they had the ability to produce a label but it's not moved anywhere for a MONTH!
Why? Can't blame covid anymore per their 3 yr old note online. Why!? He does NOT get that type of volume. How do I know? Look at reviews. More importantly is to look at the number of reviews. If people are beating down your door you'll get more than 4 reviews in a 3 week period.
My opinion is it's white label and when I put my eight order from China by the time I ever get this I'll find it's the same product. Really needs to cut the crap and give the day to day business management to someone who knows how. It's clear what is going on. This has become boring and not a priority. Found out people expect something from a $300 LCD light. That's 8 times more expensive than industry standard. Gelish the gods of gel nails entire starter kit which includes the high end light is $300 for everything.
Just don't even go down this road. Is it really worth it if you never get the product? NO.
I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating but I love this site. I've been ordering since 2020 and I've always been happy! In 2020 their orders took a while to deliver but I just ordered again a week ago and my items have already arrived. Not only did they send my order but they sent me 3 free items I would not normally have ordered but they are so cute. I love the 123 bonder gel and base coat! Everyone always asks me at work how I have the same nails on for so long and who does my nails. I'm always so happy to talk about their website and let them know I do them myself! I have one of their drills as well and since 2020 I've probably had to charge it maybe 5 times in total. The battery life on it is great. I have no desire to stop ordering from them anytime soon!
I ordered my first order from enailcouture during their black friday sale 2022. I was hesitant & nervous due to all the bad reviews, but in the nail communities, everyone raves about their products- so I really wanted to try so many things! I am so happy that I did! My order only took 5 business days to be delivered & all 18 items were packaged extremely well in individual bubble wrap. I'm super happy with everything I ordered & will definitely be ordering again!
As a first time customer, this company did me really wrong. I bought a $299.98 mini nail drill 40k that was sent to me scratched and didn't work at all after charging it overnight. Customer service only responds via email and wasn't able to help me with a refund and exchange. This is the only company that I came across that doesn't take care of their customers and sends items that don't work and take your money as an end result. I'm highly upset for not being able to use my nail drill that I spent $300 for and they kicked me to the curve offering no help at all. We only get notice of no refunds, exchanges, cancellations and returns AFTER purchase, then are told our orders are in USPS hands. This company is only good for taking your money with their low vibration guidelines that are in place. Bad business and they need to be shut down for SCAMMING people out of their money.

I bought the e-file that retails for $299 without tax and when it arrived the screen was scratched up. There wasn't a protective plastic on it or anything. I reached out not realizing they have the shi**** policies and customer service, just asking for some compensation because I'm sure the product works fine but why did I spend that much money to receive a unit with the screen scratched. They blamed it on shipped which makes no sense because it's snug in a box with foam around it and a foam piece on top, then the box is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. There is NO WAY the screen could of gotten like that during shipping. They said to file a claim with the shipping carrier and usps didn't let me do that. I full heartedly believe it was the way the product was handled before. They ignored my request for compensation and they do no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Issued me a code for in-store use. I don't even live in the same state. Then they issued an online code which I won't use. The site is a joke anyway. Honestly I'm so unimpressed with this brand that I will never buy from them again. I've used different products by them before in school but if I knew this is how it would go out of school, I would of never bought from them. It's made in the USA and it shows just how much they don't care.
I only received 1 out of 5 items from my order. After contacting customer service I was advised that they did not have any missing items on their end and that I was basically Lying. Never purchasing again.
I ordered 95$ worth of Items and payed for next day shipping sadly upon checking the tracking the next day my order won't arrive until Monday which w a s not what I paid for. I emailed them only to receive a lie saying ups doesn't deliver on weekends after that I called and checked and wouldn't you know it IT WAS A LIE ups doesn't deliver on weekends and the custom service decided to lie to ovoid refunding me the shipping since it wasn't what I asked for then tried to throw a crappy 15% coupon that literally doesn't even give me a decent discount will never order from again since they lie to cover their $#*!!
I have been ordering from this company for years and love their products. The high quality and price point is amazing. Although I do not like their no refund policy I have had one or mistakes made when they sent incorrect product and have always been able to work it out to a satisfactory conclusion. They have always responded in timely manner, more so they clearly state their no refund policy on the web site so I think as consumers its important we read and research these things prior to making purchases so we can decide if we are on with that. Since I love the products and quality I choose to continue to spend my money with this company. The products truly are amazing and good quality and I've never had an issue with reactions or the product not working as intended. Their shipping has improved dramatically now that the pandemic is controlled to the point were all my Packages in the past 3 to 4 months have been divered within 3 business days and I have gotten. Shipping email with tracking on the same day. I personally love the products and recommend

How many of you have had burning itching fingers using this system? I've had 3 people so far. It's awful! When I asked the customer service Dept. They first said No Refunds! I said I'm not asking for that I just want to know if this is happening. They fired me as a customer.The worst company!
I was trying to put in a discount code and somehow I checked out through the shop app. I called customer service right after the order went through and they would not cancel it. I didn't realize how desperate this company is for money.
I usually buy a gallon of cotton candy monomer from them every couple months but the last bottle i bought from them was their pink monomer not their cotton candy( not what i ordered) but they placed it in the cotton candy monomer jug which any tech can tell the difference between them one smells soooo bad and sets super fast it gives me migraines, the cotton candy one has a hint of cotton candy and sets slower. Well when I opened the jug i immediately could tell so i reached out to their company and all they offered me was 10% off my next purchase so pissed at this company and i will never buy $#*! from them. I ordered oval shaped nails from them and received long almond ones. I specifically ordered oval so I would be able to use them when I game. I emailed them about it and showed them the info they asked for and they told me I was sent the right thing. I then sent them more photos of the nail shape I got which was almond and showed them the photo of the oval nails online so they could see I was clearly sent the wrong thing. They insisted I was wrong and they were right. They ignored multiple emails for multiple days. I once again claimed that I had sent PHOTO PROOF to them that in fact had been sent the wrong thing and they just straight up are ignoring me now. Stole my money, gave me the wrong product, and gas lit and ignored me. HORRIBLE business. Love the products but horrible horrible company

I saw this lady advertising him and his products on a you tube video. He put a set of nails on her. The nails in the video looked amazing. The nails I received looked like cheap garbage. I am so mad at my self for no reading his reviews and checking his return policy. I usually never buy from a company that doesn't except returns. That's is usually a red flag for me. Please don't waste your money. Also let people know to skip these products.

My friend who is a nail professional tried 123 and liked it and told me about it. I ordered and got it right away. Last week she showed me her nails where tiny hives had formed around her cuticles. She took them off due to the bad itching. I put my first set of 123 on last week and today I developed a large welt on each cuticle. Who else has had a reaction? That being said over the last several months enailcouture is experiencing a massive delays so you should not be concerned unless it's been more than 3 months orders are massively massively behind about 30 business days before they ship out
Answer: The gel press on is a newer concept but there are a few other companies that have similar products that are comparable in price and quality that have received good reviews. I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.
Answer: Migraine from his nasty monomer that leaks everywhere. It's so strong, it needs a new word for strong.

Answer: It's very hard. The best bet is to going to their website and it tells you when support is available you have to constantly keep checking back and it'll say agents are available or agents are not available that's your best bet
