Took almost 90 days to receive, items were missing, and customer service never responded
September 14, 2020

I did eventually receive my order after almost 90 days (all the while the owner was on social media claiming they were only a couple weeks behind). So, while this company is not entirely a scam there are absolutely elements of false advertising, an owner who lashes out at customers on social media, lies, and cannot properly communicate with customers about what is actually going on with shipping timeframes.

When I did finally receive my order I was extremely annoyed to find that all the gels (base coat, soufflé or happy gel or 1, 2, 3 press on gel, top coat) were missing from my order. I ordered the long coffin 1, 2, 3 go kit that was supposed to come with the base gel, a gel to secure the nails, and a top coat. The two files and primer and dehydrator were there but not a single gel polish. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer service. As expected I never heard back and ended up having to spend $40 more on amazon in order to get the products from a third party seller. While I did have to spend more money it was by far better than putting any further energy into stressing about this terribly run company. And ultimately it worked out since I got the velvet matte top coat in the bundle for $40 on amazon that I'd forgotten to add to my cart with enail.

The xxl coffins and stilettos are legitimately the longest soft gel full cover nail on the market and they do have a nice apex to them. You do need to use a builder-type gel or method of building up the nail slightly for strength but nothing bulky. Just a few layers of builder in a bottle works along with any color and top coat. I've found it works best to add a layer of builder to the underside of the nail as well. After filing I top coat the top and bottom of the nail. I just removed my first set and it did last for an entire month before lifting began to occur, but that's usually a matter of proper prep and application of product rather than the product itself. I was dubious of the claims that these new press-on style nails could last as long as a month but I was pleasantly surprised that after all the frustration I had to go through that at the very least my money didn't go entirely to waste as I will be able to get many sets out of the 4 types of full cover nails I ordered. Unless this company makes drastic changes with the way they treat customers and the way they operate as a business, I will never shop with them again and will actively encourage others not to order from them. I also think that it would be a good idea for the brand and company for Max, the owner, to take a step back from social media entirely since he seemingly cannot help himself from making snide and catty comments towards customers online.

I say the true, im a loyal client for a few years and no have problem until now but the experience iy was horrible. In march i do a order, this order take 3 weeks to arrive and is ok i acept and understad because all companies have issues about covid. But in may i do another order because i think arrive soon because all bussines is open in worse case i wait 2 or 3 weeks. But im so far and in tje process discover hundred os clients im same situation a lot order over 2 months. All clients start to emailed or calling but de company never respond anithing also some clients claim in Max live social media and he so disrespectful and very unprofessional front a right client claim. I decide to start a claim rush they don't respond and i start to claim to my bank thanks GOD my bank is so responsable and resolve same day TODAY but after one month and 3 weeks waiting my goods. I start second claim with after pay because a reloaded page my order is duplicated and pay 2 times same order and the can't canceled after hide new politic. Today after 2 week claim after pay they say we need to give more time to enailcouture to send my good. I say the true I'm very mad and claim my rights because i never acept pay and wait over to months to receive my goods. So i send this second email in less 5 min miracle enailcoiture created a label to send my goods.
The important things to learn do not support this company and no support after pay they no look for your best interest they protect and support the vendor.
I NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
NEVER SUPPORT
TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT REALLY DON'T CARE YOU
Look like fraud scheme they don't have products, they take our money and start to buy wholesalers or producers so i never put my work waiting very long time, i never put in risk my money and my mental peace with the horrible, unprofessional and disrespectful customer service
DON'T BUY HERE

Not worth the wait.
May 13, 2020

Ordered on 4-8-20 received order on 5-4-20
When ordering items were marked in stock
I then emailed them for express shipping and then during that email exchange I was notified of an item being out of stock and my order being delayed. " Due to the square being on preorder we are not able to send out your parcel until those arrive."

So they claimed they DO NOT SPLIT orders.

Received package and I was missing an item I ordered further look into the package there is a small piece of paper saying missing item was out of stock (which was not the original item that was out of stock a month ago) and it would be shipped later.

So 1 you lied because you CAN and will split orders, 2 you did not notify me of any of my items being out of stock. Original item or the 2nd item.
I then emailed them on 5/4/20 asking for an Eta of when this item would be stocked and shipped, received this response " We expect to ship the item at the end of this week, you will be getting a separate email with it tracking once it leaves your facility!
Xoxo"
That time comes and goes and had to email them once again about the status no response within 24 hrs, sent a 3rd email and received this response "Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate the opportunity to help you.
We will send out your missing ballerina nails once the restock of these tips is available!
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once they are sent.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during these uncertain times."

This was my 1st and sadly my last order with Enailcouture.

I will give them another week then I will dispute this transaction with my Cc company as said item.

The product itself is Outstanding however, as a customer service trainer the lack of professionalism in staying ahead of problematic issues and keeping your consumer fully aware is where I will refuse to continue to do business with them.

I understand the processing times are high due to Covid19 however, let that be the 1st thing a consumer see's so that they can decide if the wait is worth it as these might be items needed ASAP. To help them continue to serve their clients.
The out of stock items need to say "OUT OF STOCK" and unable to order until it's IN STOCK so there are no delays with the remainder of the order.

I understand you need to run a business but WE run businesses as well and sadly depend on your reliability to get our items to us in a timely matter or at-least refuse to take our money on items you know are not "IN STOCK".
The product is amazing but not worth the hassle of reordering and dealing with the lack of empathy from the company.

Instead of the ******* daily daily emails and demonstrations on FB and Ig I think Max should redirect his attention to the processes he has in place from inventory notifications to order processing to customer communication but sadly his attention is on selling and not delivering.

I hope this reaches someone who is a 1st time buyer and they understand what sadly might more then likely be their experience, because I wish i would of did my due diligence to look at reviews and YouTube's of this company.

Waiting for order to ship 15 days after ordering. Spelling and grammatical abound!
January 11, 2020

I will try to update product quality, assuming I ever get my order. The site owner is Max Estrada, clearly posted everywhere. I get auto emails every 2 days with the same message, "Open email for shipping update...". But said "update" is not inside, it says you will get ANOTHER email with specific shipping info. The emails say something like an order will be shipped in 4-8 business days, and he excludes holidays from that, despite seeming to be him and his mother only running the business (my point, a small business does not have the flexibility to use holidays as an excuse to not ship things more slowly! Do not sell things if you cannot deliver.

I urge you to go to the site, the big fake PLASTIC clear diamonds with the seams from the molding process very visible. He spells champagne (the color) correctly in the text, but ON A PICTURE, spells is "champaign"... Grammatical and spelling issues abound.

Items are overpriced in most cases (eBay has same products, much cheaper), plus they use marketing tricks, like refusing to call "polygel" by that name, instead calling it an "Acrylic/Gel hybrid" that they charge $19.99 for a 60G bottle! As they do not hire chemists to reformulate, most likely, that is the high-end insane cost for the same cheap products rebranded with pink packaging. There are good clearance sales (try using the word discontinued, clearance or sale in the search, one at a time). The prices seem to have a fake, way overpriced "normal" price, crossed out, and a much lower price actually charged, and for over 3 weeks, prices have not reverted to the insane ones no one would pay. Each product is named very differently than comparable products, so if new to polygel or acrylic nails and decorations, watch some YouTube, so you can compare prices and learn the actual product names. I pay $5 for my 60G bottle of polygel. Took 4 weeks to get here from China, but as I am at 2 weeks+ waiting for product to even be sent, I think I will stick with my orders from China. Know that you will pay shipping unless you buy $100-$150 of product, depending on any specials going on. The shipping makes any savings moot. There may be a couple of unusual items, but I thus far have been able to find everything on the site elsewhere, just named differently, as the site is careful to not call products by common industry terms. The nail jewelry/gems are overpriced, look elsewhere.

Product issue: stiletto 1-2-3GO nails, if you don't overlay these with polygel or as he calls it "Happy Gel" or another UV/LED cured hardener, or, after bathing, they will bend with no force at all on a permanent basis until you put new nails on. This is 100% necessary BEFORE bathing in hot water! Will update with more issues as I become aware of them.

The site lacks sophistication, the prices are okay for a few products, too high for many. If you do not care about an easy to use site, and misspellings in about 80% of the pages, than you might be okay. If you want to use a different discount code than the one the system inserts for you, too bad. I saved 73 cents instead of $5, because of the "new feature" that inserted a discount code for you. I sent an email, no surprise, never heard back. Not enough of the right pictures of products, either, and sparse details on products that truly need more info made buying a chore instead of exciting. If a product spills in the packaging, they make it clear on every page that they will not refund or exchange ANYTHING due to spilled product while shipped(!), so it is a HUGE gamble to you ordering anything that could possibly spill! Customer Service is NOT a priority, so if the box spills it's monomer, for example, it is your loss! That alone should keep you away if you are expecting to get your money's worth! Not surprised there are no customer ratings allowed on the site!

This is only my opinion and experience, I hope things go better for you!
