I did eventually receive my order after almost 90 days (all the while the owner was on social media claiming they were only a couple weeks behind). So, while this company is not entirely a scam there are absolutely elements of false advertising, an owner who lashes out at customers on social media, lies, and cannot properly communicate with customers about what is actually going on with shipping timeframes.

When I did finally receive my order I was extremely annoyed to find that all the gels (base coat, soufflé or happy gel or 1, 2, 3 press on gel, top coat) were missing from my order. I ordered the long coffin 1, 2, 3 go kit that was supposed to come with the base gel, a gel to secure the nails, and a top coat. The two files and primer and dehydrator were there but not a single gel polish. I immediately took pictures and emailed customer service. As expected I never heard back and ended up having to spend $40 more on amazon in order to get the products from a third party seller. While I did have to spend more money it was by far better than putting any further energy into stressing about this terribly run company. And ultimately it worked out since I got the velvet matte top coat in the bundle for $40 on amazon that I'd forgotten to add to my cart with enail.

The xxl coffins and stilettos are legitimately the longest soft gel full cover nail on the market and they do have a nice apex to them. You do need to use a builder-type gel or method of building up the nail slightly for strength but nothing bulky. Just a few layers of builder in a bottle works along with any color and top coat. I've found it works best to add a layer of builder to the underside of the nail as well. After filing I top coat the top and bottom of the nail. I just removed my first set and it did last for an entire month before lifting began to occur, but that's usually a matter of proper prep and application of product rather than the product itself. I was dubious of the claims that these new press-on style nails could last as long as a month but I was pleasantly surprised that after all the frustration I had to go through that at the very least my money didn't go entirely to waste as I will be able to get many sets out of the 4 types of full cover nails I ordered. Unless this company makes drastic changes with the way they treat customers and the way they operate as a business, I will never shop with them again and will actively encourage others not to order from them. I also think that it would be a good idea for the brand and company for Max, the owner, to take a step back from social media entirely since he seemingly cannot help himself from making snide and catty comments towards customers online.

33 BUSINESS DAYS later and still no updates or products received?!

This is insane. I thought a company that so many professional nail tech you tubers highly recommend and promote would be much more legitimate than whatever is going on here. This company touts itself on being "made in the US" and is based in Arizona. Even with the pandemic there is no legitimate excuse for an order to take this long unless they are actively selling product that they do not actually have in stock and representing it otherwise. I have received packages from numerous other small and large companies in the US, Europe, and China since I placed my order with enail. Another major red flag is that only AFTER you place your order do you receive a massive disclaimer and release of liability for the company to claim no fault for leaking products, no cancellations... it goes on and on. It's fishy that a company would try to pass off all liability for the quality and condition of a purchase immediately after they've taken your payment. It feels like a "too bad, we already have your money and now there's nothing you can do about it" kind of vibe and it's extremely offputting. I understand this is a smaller company but why would I feel comfortable ordering from a company that seems to immediately say "we don't care about our customers" in their disclaimer and ultimately their actions (or should I say inactions).

The website is poorly designed and hosted with many typos and photos that are clearly unprofessional, which only became a major red flag after the fact and waiting so long for my order. It's very clear that not much investment has gone into this company and yet the owner brags and is nasty all over his social media posts about how his company and products are the best in the land. I began checking his social media in hopes of finding any updates on shipping and noticed he will answer comments on rare occasion asking "what order number" the company is on in terms of "working on shipping." I responded to a comment there from someone wanting to order a product and hoping it would be there by her July birthday. I commented that I was very excited to receive my products but i ordered on May 9th and haven't received anything yet. I simply said that even if she ordered right this second I didn't think it would be there by July due to their clear shipping backups. The owner of the company blocked me on social media for a comment that wasn't even critical of his business or in any way insulting to him personally. I was just trying to answer someone's question. It's truly crazy to me that the owner of a company like this would spend their time blocking people like me on social media rather than making sure his orders are actually sent out. How petty can you be?

Needless to say, I feel pretty conflicted as to if I will ever even receive my $250 order. I'm also upset that I didn't do a better job researching reviews like those on this site prior to placing such a large order. I truly did not even think to question the legitimacy of this company because of the professionals that speak so highly of the products.

I have tried to contact the company with no response. They previously had a phone number listed but it is no longer on the site and I can't find it elsewhere online. Per other reviews it doesn't seem like they ever answered the phone anyway. Ultimately I don't know if this company is run by a guy who simply got in over his head with orders and chose not to disclose that to customers or if there is actual ill-intent and fraud occurring. I want to believe the former and truly hope that I receive my package soon but as the days go on, I become more and more skeptical as to if I've just had $250 stolen from me with no intention of delivering a product.
