It's a SCAM, it's taken my order over two months to "process". Don't expect a refund either

Totally a scam, It's been 30 days since I placed my order and still waiting,

At one point they may have been legitimate but it now appears to be a scam. Spent over $250 on an order due to recommendations from youtubers who are nail techs since I also do nails. It's been over 2 months and I've never received my order nor any answers to the emails I've sent to customer service. Very upsetting.

So far a scam took money and did not send product, has been 20+ days so far, no one answers phone or returns email.

Appears to be a scam to me because I never got a order confirmation from them but PayPal showed that my money went through and I've never received an order number or my items and it's been almost 2 months.

It's a legitimate company founded by Max Estrada, a nail tech blogger and YouTube influencer

I've been waiting 7 months to receive products from a partially filled order back in April. No response to emails or phone calls. Yet popular YT nail artist are getting enail products with NO issue for reviews.

IT IS NOT A SCAM! If you do your research you will find out that the company is taking months to ship I've been ordering forever I've experienced the shipping delays myself repeat it is not a scam their shipping is about 90 days right now because of covid

Scam. Takes your money first then tells you no refund. And it never ships. No actually customer service rep to talk to just automatic email. Save your time and money.
