Places my order in June 15 and haven't received anything yet (aug 27). Thank god I only spent 46 bucks and not more. Wrote to them twice and got the covid excuse too -and that my order was in queue for shipping. Ya right. I understood at first but now this is BS. I'm going to contact my bank and BBB and never order from this jerk again. If I see Susie post another video with this fraud I'm going to comment about his sheisty business there too. I just bought some apres nails instead and from what I hear I got the better quality nails anyway. Lots of scams going on during this pandemic and I'm tired of it. Stop being deplorable scumbags
I ordered and its been WEEKS and nothing. They using the pandemic as an excuse for ridiculous shipping times. And they will straight up tell you... NO REFUNDS. So once you order you become a waiting game hostage. I feel this is unfair and bad business ethics. I love max and I love his products but until this is fixed I'll be staying with apers and kiara Sky. May not be exactly what I want but I don't have to wait an eternity. But the time you get your stuff from enailcouture.com the event you wanted it for has come and gone. EVERY SINGLE TIME. You won't get me again. STOP SELLING THINGS YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK.
Don't buy from this company! They take your money and don't give your item. Ordered on June 9th and it's July 24 and still no order and they told me that it will take another month. They try to blame it on Covid but that is unacceptable. This is a big company and I buy from several other companies and never had this type of problems. They send me emails about deals they have every week but they can't even process my order. NOT WORTH IT!
When I first ordered on may 19th it said the processing time was 30 DAYS which is already extreme, I didn't receive my products until august 17th 4 entire months later. The problem isn't necessarily the timing but the fact that they are not at all transparent about how long it's taking and blaming it on covid. The products are okay, not worth the wait in my personal opinion. It seems like they are getting their vendors from overseas and rebranding them which is probably why it's taking so long. I emailed several times about how long they're taking is personally affecting my business and livelihood and got nothing but automated emails.
I haven't ordered from this company in over a year but needed to start doing my own nails again because of COVID. I placed an order on April 25 and it's May 28th I emailed them last week for a follow up and they said they were working on orders that begin with 102 and 103. My orders are 108.
I ordered from here for the first time so happy to get my orders but didn't think it would take a whole month almost 2 for my stuff to get here. There products are great but the owner and costumer service sucks! They are so bad at replying to emails, and max never reply to comments that are bad stating how people sent many emails waiting for their items almost 3 months like wtf? For them to always say "we're the best in planet Hollywood" like no?! Lmao.

BEWARE Paid $9 shipping for a package that would weigh less than 1lb. (4x Jelly nail tips & 1 happy gel 2oz. Cost $68.90) and when package was lost, I was told it's not their problem & to take it up w/post office. $9 to ship & no insurance? DON'T BUY HERE! Previous order had a half bottle of monomer spilled inside the packaging, I should have learned my lesson then.
I placed my order April 8th, 2020... Still haven't received any updates or package. I requested a refund multiple times but still no response, sent multiple e-mails still no response. Scam site beware!
Ordered on the 3rd of January 2020, they said item was shipped on the 19th of January 2020, and here we are 23 July 2020 and still no package.
Emailed them a few times and still only get a generic response and the latest was a delay due to Covid... I'm sorry, but if my order was shipped in January, what does that have to do with covid now as it was ordered before!
Sent another email last week and they have yet to respond.

I am begging, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed a $100 order over 50 DAYS AGO and my package has yet to even be sent out! Customer service is a joke! All they do is sent automated emails or they don't respond at all! Max Estrada, the CEO, is a joke himself! A racist! And if I would've known before, I definitely would've took my business elsewhere like you should! I am going to have to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. At this point, I don't even care about the package! They can keep it!
I have always got my nails done, and when COVID-19 happened, I knew I would not be able to go into the salons and get them done. I then looked for a way of doing my nails here at home, and maybe an easy way for a first-timer. I came across Exclusive Nails, watched some YouTube videos regarding their product, and ignored the negative videos that kept showing up in the sidebar. I did my order on April 30th and got the response that it would take 18 business days. After the 18 days, I wrote an email, got back generalized response out how orders were being processed, and would have to wait. Again, I have not received my purchases, and now I am calling my bank to get my money back. I have learned my lesson from this and will be looking up reviews of a product before I do any buying. I encourage any future buyers to do the same as well.
Didn't want to have to leave a bad review but I've been as patient as I can be. I placed an order on 4/8 got a call on 5/1 asking if I was ok with them shipping my order w/o one item. Stated I was not ok w/ this I asked when the item would be in the rep stated it Mon/Tues (May 4/5) it is now May 7th and I have yet to hear or receive anything from them, yet I see post on his Max's IG page showing order #'s that fall after mine that have been shipped. I know we are in a pandemic which is why I have been extremely patient and even encouraging other customers to be patient but a month is unacceptable and I've begun to regret purchasing from him. I place an order on May 4th and May 7th. Order # 112 and 114. I understand that COVID has affected A LOT of companies. However, I have ordered from a few other sites and shipping didn't take this long. I have not sent an email following up because I don't like hassling anyone. But from the other reviews, maybe I should. I watch his lives on FB and when someone asks a question there is one lady who always gives a snarky remark. At this point, I'd really love to just cancel my order but I know I can't. How are we as customers suppose to support a business when customer service sucks and they show that they don't care. I probably will never order from the company again. I will do my research before I order from a business I have never ordered from before. IF I ever do receive my order it better be well worth the darn wait.
Waited more than a month to recieve my package. As soon as you place your order, they only let you know about the "no refund no return" policy once you've already purchased. I recieved some items and some were missing. No customer service at all. The quality if the products are beyond horrible. Im not sure what the "quickie" nail glue is made of but I once spilled it over on the table and cleaned it up with the napkin just to find the napkin going up in smoke a few moments later after contact with the glue. The acrylic powders dont mix well with the monomers. The "shinee" gel is trash. This comoany should be shut down.

Placed 2 orders one in July and one at the first of August and still have not recieved either one. Contacted company by email and was told it would takes 30 days because of Covid19. We are way past the 30 days and still no products.
I placed my order in the beginning of Feb. I received it last week. My order arrived missing the mini flash light. That arrived a couple days. The battery casing made no sense. Out of the three slots, the neg and positive connection was not there. I ordered 36 different gel polish and I received 15 different colors. With some colors being duplicates, triplets and quadruplets. When you message the business NO ONE WILL EVER REPLY! I tell everyone to never order from them or try there products. There soft gel nail is a joke. It bends like paper. Order from Apres, XVX or Kiara Sky Soft Gel Kit (best bang for your buck). Stay away from E Nail Couture! Spread the words. Watch the YouTube videos of others trying to us the 123 to Go Kit. This company is a joke. Jokes are for kids. You may enjoy looking like a kid, but this is no way to run a company. No one I know will take this crap from me. Max, Karma's a $#*!!
I bought123 go kit with soufflé gel, i followed instructions to a t not missing a step went along with one of his videos, the process is difficult when it comes to curing the nail if you don't have the curing flashlight. After getting a full set on 3 days later 2 popped off i super glued them back on and 2 more popped off within the following days. He claims they last 2 plus weeks and i don't see how... the nails also weaken under hot water and bend badly. My order did take entirely too long seeing as how they ship from Arizona and I'm in Nevada it took over a month, made in the USA and Covid is no excuse for orders to take that long. Definitely not good business practice and he was extremely rude when he responded to a utube customer that did a review on his product she was not rude she simply showed the nails bending and stated she would not buy again. Don't buy this product it is not good
I have placed several orders through Exclusive Nail Couture and their fulfillment and so called Customer Service has deteriorated every time. I placed my last order on May 16th, I live in the US and the order still has not shipped. None of the products I ordered are on backorder either. I have emailed the company and all I get in return is a rob-reply. Max has no control over his business and no integrity. Think twice before ordering anything from him. You cannot cancel your order or get a refund even if it takes them several months to fulfill your order. IT'S NOT WORTH THE WAIT!

I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.
