ELITIFY

Horrible experience. It's been 2 months since I ordered a pair of Guess shoes Order # ******* and no sign of the shipment yet. Only consolation is it was a COD order.
Received a call confirming the order after I placed it, then I mailed them after a month following which they apologized for the delay and said I'll receive it next week.

After this my queries have been ignored. I'ts been 2 months now and I have lost hope in receiving my shipment.

DO NOT SHOP from ELITIFY, especially not by paying online. Completely untrustworthy!

I bought a coach bag from them, they claim they sell 100% original bags. They sent me a fake coach bag which has all fake markings, not one original coach marking. Bqd miscolored bag and when I informed them, they have refused to acknowledge my email (I asked them repeatedly) and now noone is picking their phone! I can't believe they're behaving this way with a customer after taking and having over 25,000 of mine! Elite ninja only takes your money, doesn't call or respond when you have a problem! They're selling fake bags! Unbelievable! This is cheating!

A few days back I placed order for melissa and doug farm chunky puzzle from elitify.com but what was delivered to my place was some tools related puzzle. Since i had already paid the amount while placing the order I couldn't return the product. I contacted the customer care of elitify to report about the wrong product delivered on my place. They asked me to keep the product and return it when the actual one is delivered. They ensured that the ordered product would be delivered within 7 working days and I am happy that they fulfilled their commitment!

I bought MK crisscross ring from elitify.com for my daughter on her 18th birthday. She really liked the gift but wanted the same ring in silver tone. Since the same crisscross ring was available on the site in silver tone too, I spoke to elitify customer care for the exchange and i was so relieved when they agreed. Today only the silver ring has been delivered and all i want to do is thank elitify for understanding customer needs so well.

Like most of the Indian sites bumping the prices and the offering discounts, Elitify is not an exception. A smart online shopper would check the prices on US sites and Elitify and would notice 75-100% prices difference whereas only 35-40% of prices can be attributed to customs and taxation. Increasing the prices then offering 30% discount PARTY30 coupon is just one of the tricks its uses to allure first time shoppers.

Few bloggers have mentioned that the prices are alright but I myself have been a online shopper and feel the Elitify prices are way to high compared to US sites itself. Hence their claims to offer prices similar or lower are false.

I bought a tan mustard brogues from them, promised delivery time was 30 days as they said its hand made and made to order. Got the product delivered after 2 and half month to india which only materialised afte sending countless email. I live in uk, so had to wait 6 months to pick it up,,, i paid 70 pounds for it and was disappointed with the finish as the leather in the shoe feels cheap and light,, a goodyear welted process adds weight to shoe which strangly not so in this one. Morever crease appearing after wearing it once. The brand is knight bond rubbish. Got better qlty at cheaper price in shoe studio madras. Stay away from these crooks

I purchased a humidor from Elitify.com(Order No. *******), they delivered a damaged article and completely refused to return, exchange or refund. On the product page the return policy clearly says 14 days no questions asked return and i made the complain in 3 days.
Moreover the product delivery time was mentioned as 15 days and was delivered in 2 months.
How do i report to Consumer Forum?

For me, the customer service makes all the difference and that is precisely where these people grossly falter! They have quite an array of products but no proper sizing guides means you struggle with getting what's right for you. Add to that the lack of commitment along with terrible customer support and you have a recipe for total customer dissatisfaction! 2 stars only for the products!

Edit- Well! I've deliberately left my previous review as it is! When I wrote the review above, it wasn't with the intention to attract Elitify's attention or extract any benefits. I was genuinely upset. But as it turns out, they were sent a notification pertaining to my review and I received a call from their top guys expressing their apologies for the experience I had with them. Won't go into the details but I can tell you that they genuinely attempted to make up for it and succeeded in doing so! I reiterate, the customer support makes all the difference, and it was truly the case here as well! Got my product through expedited delivery, and I absolutely love it. Cheers!
