DONT ever buy from this place, they take your money, DONT deliver the product and when you call to ask about the product or return your money they come up with excuses and LIES! I WOULD SUGGEST GO ANYWHERE BUT DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO SELL THE PRODUCT THEY PROMISE AND DELIVER!
I've shopped in the US for a while, bought a couple of handbags and shoes from Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, DKNY etc. When I came across Elitify, I saw the same products at 2.5- 3 times the rate I purchased it for back in the States. It's ridiculous! A Ralph Lauren bag I purchased there in the US was for 12K INR and the same is for 33K here. I don't recommend shopping on Elitify for sure. A complete rip-off!
I ordered a digital turntable that I wanted to give to my friend on his 40th birthday. First, I was amazed to see that they such unique products at really good prices. Since you don't really find such things easily in India, I was quite surprised as an expat living here for the last 2 years. Their site said 14-21 days delivery, however, I requested it to be expedited and delivered by Sep 20 (order placed on Sep 10). I was pleasantly shocked that the product arrived on Sep 15 with a beautiful packaging and a handwritten note wishing "happy birthday". When I called to inquire how the box arrived so quickly, they said they expressed the shipping from the US for free since it was a birthday gift and they didn't want to take a chance and spoil my friend's birthday. How thoughtful. Who does that? My friend loved it and I was absolutely delighted.
I'm surprised at the some of the comments below since my experience has been completely opposite. I found their service to be immaculate, much like Zappos.com in the US, which used to be my favorite shopping site in the US.
Since then I have made a couple of more purchases and the items have been delivered within 48 hours. I couldn't resist a Coach and Michael Kors bag as it was even cheaper than what I would pay in the US when I was living there. I'm happy that I found a destination that I can shop from that I can trust and rely on like I did back home.
