The website of elitify works really well on mobile device. Most of my online shopping is done through tab and the experience is always great. This ease of browsing and unique product range has made me a loyal shopper from elitify.com
I ordered a coach bag and never received it. Each time I contact them they say its going to take another 7-10 days. And it's been 2 months now. Everytime they give other reasons. At the end i have cancelled the order. They are so unprofessional. Never wish to buy anything from them. STUPID ELITIFY!

Ordered a product on 13th Jan 2015, for 3 weeks there was no update, then I send a mail to check about status of delivery, they said the goods are not yet available with the vendor! However, if you go on the website, it is still being sold on the website. Its been more than a week, the credit has yet not been received in the card through which I paid. The replies are vague and not professional. I would probably never buy anything from this website ever again.
I have never seen such a degraded business. I order something from them which was expected to be delivered with in 14-21 days. After a month of hazel and email exchange customer support told me that my order has been canceled. This was my worst experience ever and will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this site.
These guys have an excellent range of products on their website, better than any other in India.
But, their logistics, delivery, sales service et al are quite shoddy. Seems these guys are still having some teething troubles.
They have jumbled up my orders (as in ordered something, received something else etc), have made extreme delays (almost 2 months delay for my last shipment) and their customer care needs to work fast, a lot faster in fact.
One advice, never pay in advance on this website, always go for COD.
In Chandigarh, stores of all top international brands are yet not available. Hence i prefer to shop from elitify.com as good discounts are available here and the product range is updated very frequently. And the best part is the EMI option that I usually avail on purchase of ultra expensive products.
I ordered MK platform wedge sandals from elitify.com. It was available at 30% discount and hence the price was reduced from Rs. ******* to Rs. 9093. Next day item was further discounted on their site. I called their customer care and explain i have placed order day earlier and now there is further discount available on same product. The customer service executive girl not only cancelled my order but placed a new order for me and finally i got my item! Happy with the quick response from elitify's customer care.
One thing that stands out which i noticed is quality of customer services of elitify. I have explored that site on many occasions until recently i gave in and decided to buy. I called their customer care to check something, they came across very professional and efficient. The guy i spoke to had amazing knowledge of brands and even suggested few variations that other people have shopped & rolled out couple of style tips for what i was looking to buy! On asking how he knew this much about luxury brands & fashion tips, i was surprised to know that their customer service team is trained on fashion & are pro in all things related to fashion and brands!
Good Service, My query rather my wrong assessment about the company was solved patiently. I appreciate the team taking efforts to resolve customer issues.
Elitify's customer care executives are truly good at understanding the issues faced by the customer and are equally good at addressing them in the best possible way. I had ordered a CK top from elitify but it was too fitted hence I contacted their customer care and requested for exchange. Within 15 days i received the next size of the top. Really impressed!
The only positive thing about this site is that they refund your money after they $#*! up your order. Ordered a coach bag, no delivery till a month after the order... Mailed them twice regarding it, they didn't bother to reply... Finally called them and they told me the bag was out of stock and their vendors were trying to locate it. I cancelled the order.
Let me just highlight the pertinent facts:
A. Order placed on June 29,2017 for two identical items and payment made: was indicated that the order would be shipped in 14-21 days.
B. No update received by July 20, the end of the 21 day period. No number to reach them on (their website does not have a contact number and the number that a Google search yields is unreachable) and prior e-mails dated July 17 and 18 enquiring about the status of the order continue to remain unanswered (apart from the automated 'we will revert' responses).
D. An email indicating that legal action will be taken is sent by me on July 20 and a response is received from Elitify on July 21 indicating that the order has been handed over to their shipping partner for delivery.
E. The order is received on July 27. However, when the package is opened, only one of the items ordered and paid-for is in the package. My emails over July 29 and 31 requesting for an update on the other paid-for item go unanswered.
F. On August 10, an email is sent from Elitify indicating that the second item can not be delivered and that money will be refunded. I immediately respond asking them to kindly process the refund. Am now awaiting a refund and keeping my fingers crossed.
Net net, please order at your own risk and if you have unending amounts of patience. To me, the whole exercise reeks of dishonesty and malafides - never going to shop from them again.
I used to buy a lot from here, but lately it has gone waaaay downhill. They just lost me as a customer (after having spent more than *******'s) over Rs 1000 products and two really bad experiences. One was a bad product, the other was bad customer service, which was not first from them. They used to have an average service, but their products are always overpriced. Now, since prices are much lower elsewhere and they don't care about your business. It is quite obvious from their customer service.
A fun site to shop for favorite international designer brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, J. Crew, H&M, Uniqlo, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Coach and many more.
I guess they are really known for their hand-picked collection and other cool stuff for the house, office, babies, bar & wine accessories and seasonal stuff. Another thing which I love about them is their great packaging/gift wrap, it truly stands for their brand name: ELITE-FY.
Definitely a dapper store! The only drawback is their delivery time lines at times waiting for your favorite products for 14-21 days is too much.hers learn about this website.
Elitify.com is an international level site with fabulous product range. The site works equally well on mobile platform which adds to the user experience. I do most of my shopping through mobile only and the ease of selection as well as payment that's available at elitify.com is exceptionally good. Shopping experience with elitify is always great.
Great products online and an awesome experience *******@elitify, I ordered a Tory Burch gold clutch for my wife on my 5th anniversary. I got my bag in 12 days and the packaging was amazing. My wife loved it.
My shopping experience with elitify has always been great. Firstly because i never have to browse too much to get the desired product, all thanks to the apt categorization of products that has been done on their website. Another point that i love about elitify is that the products always reach within the specified time.
I bought Mark Jacobs amy watch from elitify on EMI basis and hence paying Rs. ******* never seemed cumbersome as i completed the payment in 6 easy installments. Happy with the shopping experience as well as the easy payment option that elitify provides.
I ordered several pair of shirts of different brands like emporio armani, dkny, armani jeans, lacoste but never got to see them again. After several emails, calls and after 3 months they told me that the product was backordered from the vendor and they were still selling that sh*t in the website! Why didn't they tell me that it was on backorder? Were they planning for another new year to inform me? Do not trust these crooks guys! Plus the prices are 3-4 times US Prizes, if you don't believe me, check out the prices from the original sites!
