ELITIFY

Though I am not crazy about picking just the branded stuff yet when it comes to perfumes. It has to be branded for the reason that the local ones fade away quickly and hence are a mere wastage of money. Often with perfumes you never know if the site has fake or real ones. However after i recently bought a victoria secret mist from elitify.com, am assured of they having genuine brands and original products. There are very few online sites like elitify.com selling genuine and exclusive range of perfumes.

Accidentally faced this online store and decided to get acquainted with the assortment offered by it.
I like a pair of shoes, so quickly made an order and started to wait for them. They were delivered pretty quick, and, most importantly, they were packed well. The package wasn't damaged, the shoes neither.
I presume it's a good place to shop at especially if you are a home sitter who doesn't like to shop offline. Recommend this place for everyone.

I placed an order for a pair of Knight and Bond shoes on Oct 30th. I was told delivery would me made in six weeks. At the end of that when I spoke to them they said it will take another month. I then cancelled my order which was prepaid. Despite reminder I have still not received my money back. This is ridiculous and casual. I am pushed off each time I call by 24-48 hours with platitudes of sorry and service. I am fed up with the ethics of the company. Amazon and others return you funds in 3 days and here after almost a month I have no answers even today Buyers who prepay should be very careful of this company.

Avoid shopping with elitify at al costs. They will not deliver your product for 3 months and after that will come up with lame reasons like product lost, custom check not approved etc. Then they will tell you that they will refund the money back. Again they will give reasons like they have tried to refund but there are some technical issues & they are not able to do so. They will lure you that you can reorder the product. So that again the torture can start. Its the most pathetic shopping experience of my life.

Elitify has to be one of the worst experiences in terms of order fulfilment that I have had with any e-commerce company in India and outside. This is the 1st email I receive from them for an order placed on 19 Nov 2015

This is the 2nd email I receive for the same order

This email is in reference to your order no. *******. We regret to inform that there will be a delay in your order, as the shipments were lost in transit. We are procuring the articles again hence the order will be delivered in next 2-3 weeks more.

Basically the same order had been lost in transit twice…I didn't even order any gold plated shoes that pirates would have attacked the goods at sea

These guys have an excellent range of products on their website, better than any other in India.
But, their logistics, delivery, sales service et al are quite shoddy. Seems these guys are still having some teething troubles.
They have jumbled up my orders (as in ordered something, received something else etc), have made extreme delays (almost 2 months delay for my last shipment) and their customer care needs to work fast, a lot faster in fact.
One advice, never pay in advance on this website, always go for COD.

I bought a pair of jeans in December and I received them in January. I asked to return them since it was not a good fit. After many follow-ups the package was collected from me in February, one month later. March has come and gone and the promised refund has still not materialized. I'm so sick and tired of these folks.

I would recommend you stay far away from these guys. They have no clue what they are doing. Customer service is just the worst. It's so much better to shop on sale on international sites like ShopBop or the Outnet. Much better prices despite the duty and way better customer service.

I agree with all the negative remarks made by previous reviewers. These people are completely untrustworthy. I found out after making multiple calls that the order i placed was out of stock (they never bothered to inform) and all this while it continued to be reflected as available on their website. The reason given to me by customer care was that they are still working on updating their website. Hoping and praying that i get the money refunded to my account (likely a fool i paid in advance!)
