Absolutely love these guys! Detailed product guides (This is one of their best features), terrific customer service, genuine prices, endless list of products... I can go on and on! Checkout process is a breeze and personally, I love having the option of including the custom fees during checkout. It ensures that there are no delays. Have never ever faced the need to return a product to them for reasons such as sizes, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, etc. I keep shopping with them regularly and will continue to do so.

Have been a regular at HealthKart and can vouch for the services they have on offer. For a person buying supplements, what matters most is that the item is genuine and not a grey market/local market produced product. At HealthKart, they only offer genuine products, mainly from Neulife who are the official importers for most supplements in India. Moreover, you have a wide range of health and fitness equipment to choose from. Checkout out process is fairly easy and COD is available to most cities till a max value of Rs. 10,000/-. However, it takes a lot of time for them to replenish stocks once an item goes out of stock which can be a pain at times if you want something urgently. Delivery time is also fairly low, ranging from 4-5 days. Would have liked if they had faster delivery options available for a nominal price. Can't comment on returns since I've never had to return anything that I have ordered till date. Overall, a good experience to shop with HealthKart.

For me, the customer service makes all the difference and that is precisely where these people grossly falter! They have quite an array of products but no proper sizing guides means you struggle with getting what's right for you. Add to that the lack of commitment along with terrible customer support and you have a recipe for total customer dissatisfaction! 2 stars only for the products!

Edit- Well! I've deliberately left my previous review as it is! When I wrote the review above, it wasn't with the intention to attract Elitify's attention or extract any benefits. I was genuinely upset. But as it turns out, they were sent a notification pertaining to my review and I received a call from their top guys expressing their apologies for the experience I had with them. Won't go into the details but I can tell you that they genuinely attempted to make up for it and succeeded in doing so! I reiterate, the customer support makes all the difference, and it was truly the case here as well! Got my product through expedited delivery, and I absolutely love it. Cheers!
