I purchased a humidor from Elitify.com(Order No. *******), they delivered a damaged article and completely refused to return, exchange or refund. On the product page the return policy clearly says 14 days no questions asked return and i made the complain in 3 days.
Moreover the product delivery time was mentioned as 15 days and was delivered in 2 months.
How do i report to Consumer Forum?
