I agreed completed what said from customer services and return and refund and cancellations and people ignore your request for talk to supervisor and not speak English and advice stronger stay way and save time and amazon ignore also and not do any thing

I had bought 1 cellphone on installment basis. However, my card was charged twice from souq.com. I spoke to someone from my bank and they had provided my reference numbers showing that souq did claim both charges so i complained after a month since i came back from vacation but to my worst nightmare every month i am paying 2 installment of cellphone even though i only purchase 1 cellphone. Until now i have to keep calling the souq.com and explain my story every now and then and yet nobody cares to call me back for an upadte and advise if what will happen for the rest of the 3months which they had taken my money from my account. I still wonder maybe on 4th month they will chareg me again 2 phones instead of 1. I felt like i am cheated and someone steals my money. I was not expecting this from souq at all. If only proper action or good supervisor or manager could somehow update probably your clients will atleast feel secured that you guys are doing something.

We are two people in the same house. Ordered things same day. 1july. Her delivery date six days later item not yet shipped. My delivery date ten days later item not yet shipped. Woooooooow. And please don't ask for refund, it's your time or your money locked up. Messssssssssssss

Q-express is very unprofessional and I had the worst experience in shopping. They fixed appointment for delivery two times and for both times nobody showed up while I was waiting at home and when I called they didn't give me a reply! They are unprofessional and it s a horrible service. I will never buy anything from souq and through this shipment! I asked for the refund! Horrible!

Quick to take your money but everything else falls apart quickly afterwards.

Ordered two items recently, one I picked up, as it was faster, but turned out to be defective. Had to chase souq to pick it up and return it for refund. Overall process took twice as long as needed and had to follow up with them over 5 times.

Second item I decided to have them deliver. Delivery date 28th June, today is 5th July and the driver just called me for directions. Pathetic. Especially to know that I had to pay extra for delivery, despite the website saying I had gone over the minimum amount and delivery was supposed to be free.

Souq.com is a pathetic company with management whom purposely looks to alienate its customers through bad purchasing experiences. Hoping the amazon purchase will cull the current team.

Purchased Samsung S5, IMEI number on phone and box was different, it was jailbroken to work in UAE, when I took it abroad, it didn't work thats when I realized that its IMEI numbers are different. Took the phone back to supplier, they refused to refund until I called Police, Even then I was not refunded complete amount. In all this ZERO support from souq, the only thing they did was to give me the number of supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THERE IS STUFF MIGHT BE CHEAPER BY 50 OR 100 DHS BUT THAT THING WILL BE STOLEN OR REPAIRED OR GOD KNOWS WHAT.

Last week I have ordered 9 items at once (I bought this items as gifts for my friends as am going for vacation), it took them 07 days to deliver 04 items only (I spent the last 02 days calling them to follow up on the delivery time), the last time I called them, they promised me that they will make sure that I receive the pending items by the evening which didn't happened.
Now I will go back home empty handed because the 1005 Dirhams I spent and 07 days of waiting is not enough for Souq.com to provide me with a professional service as customer, they didn't even respect me.

Conclusion: Souq.com is the worst online shopping website ever exist at least in UAE.

I have ordered lots of things from this souq.com, I have spent so much of money that's fine, I have bought an obi horn bill phone display got cracked I have send to them for repairing bcoz they said I have an 1 year warranty the courier guy came and took my mobile and after 15 days he bring back to me on same condition worse than before and he said seller rejected something like that seems like I have wasted my money and time, and same thing happen again with my blackberry Z3 I have send the for repair and they said the same thing via SMS I am not understanding what is the use of warranty and guarantee its useless and these people unable to repair and only wasting time and making thing worse MOHAMMED NASRULLAH.

Defective product on top of it souq.com is really big mess in terms of refund and returning product. Please all be aware.
Almost month for me asking for refund, nothing happend, inface seller didn't received the item which is collected from me.
Hate to the core refund policy of you souq.com

Received it in time but WRONG color! Got the black one when I paid extra for the red one! Souq is horrible as they don't even have replacement, its just return! And it takes 2 weeks to give YOUR OWN MONEY back to you. Such $#*!ty only service I have never seen in any other country and I would never buy from this FRAUD site again. This happens after I got an s7 edge that was not even reading my sim! What good is a phone without a sim? Now I need to buy an S7 from a local shop so that I can use this WRONG BLACK case. NEVER AGAIN!

The transporter comes to deliver my order, I always open before paying because I had two problems with the Souq, and it took time to solve my case, he simply fought with me and said that I can not see something I was buying. Crazy or what? I can not see a product that I'm paying for. Third time already, I'll take this to the authorities.
They just want to take their money and leave, careful as it does not provide a reliable service, a garbage service. The client can not open their own package to check if everything is ok. Caution

I ordered the I mac for my company on 23rd May 2017 and this guys they told us that they will deliver it on 25th May. On 24th May they called us to confirm the delivery of the product and told us it will get delivered on 25th May but 25th May whole day we waited for them and no one appeared with the shipment. Again we called them on 26th May to know the status of the delivery of the shipment but the lady from their customer service told us that it will take another 3 days for the delivery as it is just dispatched from the supplier. While the conversation she told us that we can cancel the order so we cancelled it. So, today 27th May again we got a call from the delivery guy that our product is at the city. So whats this? Is it a joke? I think u guys treat customers as a joke. We used to order from Souq before but it wasn't like that but now i guess u are taking it very lightly. I would like to suggest everyone not to waste their time in just waiting for something which is not going to be delivered to you.

Ok, so i bought all my Samsung Galaxy from them and all them had problems. The mother board broke on 2 and other issues with others!
Now, they have fixed one and half fixed another and asked me to pay for 2 of them.
They claim different reasons not to honor their warranty and claim payment on the repair.
I have contacted UAE consumer rights and the police and was told they have numerous cases against them! And i do advice all of you to do the same or not buy any products from them as they are not genuine!

Horrible

I have ordered a bodysuit! I received just the box and inside some other bodysuit which was different by color, purpose and as well cheaper. Basically they put in the box something they couldn't sell. The help line, took my complain, but however, keep calling me intentionally on the hours I specified for them not to call me, then send me an email, complaint close. In the end, no result. I doubt it legal what they do.

I have ordered a mobile stating samsung galaxy s6 edge +. I received withing 3 days which made me surprise. When i opened and checked the imei which i usually do for all. Shows as samsung galaxy s5. Called right there to souq help line. A lady picked and she was really unprofessional whereas bothered to say finally no problem we will refund your money through account your courier guy will get back to you.
Did payment on cash and find the helpline is irresponsible.
No more words to express here. Remaining you can imagine how weird is all about.
Beware of every moment on website.
