They do sell fake products

I bought a beauty blender for an extremely cheap price, it was from Souq shop not a seller. I knew it had to be fake but I wanted to try it for myself since they did not indicate that in the description and were describing it as an original one. When I received the item it was obviously fake, it wasn't even usable and had to throw it out.

Luckily, this was a cheap item. I personally would not trust them with expensive ones.

I have purchased Emporio Armani AR1430 for Men as a sports watch from Souq.com, but unfortunately this item is fake.
Material of Dial case is easily to broken.
I loose my hard earn money within a week time due to crack Dial case n immediet broken.

Beware before buy it.

Best worst ever

All I can say think million times before u buy in them site. Its realy worst. We nust buy item yesterday at same day not working and when we call them they not listen they ignoredyou.no exchange policy no warranty. And refund wait till they remember you. Good luck to up comming customer

Very bad service

Souq wrote on their website details about the item and when i got it, it is completely different i returned back to them 22 days ago and until know i did not have the money back to my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOUQ.COM TO ANY ONE. GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible Service

I'll spare you the details of my terrible experiences with this company. Suffice it to say, I will never order from them again. They offer no service, and when you call to complain they just tell you you'll be contacted in 48 hours. And guess what, that never happens! The operators say they don't have the ability to transfer your call to a supervisor, seems hard to believe. Bad, really really bad

Delay in delivery

Hi,

I Paid extra money for the same day delivery, and still have not received my shipment and thats really disappointing, i tried calling the driver from last three hours and he is just ignoring my calls.
This is the worst service, why take extra money if you can not deliver on the same day, due to this i had to change my plans now.

Such a useless products they have, all fake and useless products.
I did it few times because of price is cheap but I didn't realize that quality is also cheap. Never gift to any one they will feel disappointed like me.

Bought a watch wilder 1400 AED, it was not working, returned it, the Souq staff damaged it due to the careless transportation, they blame on the customer, and send the broken piece back to the consumer.

Please note, that I was waiting for 2 items since last week and was expecting to receive it in 3 days. After 5 days of waiting i start to follow up. Instead they just cancel the order and close my complain! Can you believe it!
Its a big disappointment especially when i need to travel the next day and order these items as a gift.

Also, I am still waiting for apologize letter from customer support agent who I spoke with about my complain. The lady just hang up a call on my face due to non ability to handle the complain

I bought what was advertised as a new (unblocked) IPhone from Souq, however it was delivered already fitted with a sim card yet it was blocked and would not work with the original sim card or other network sim (Du or Etisalat).
I believe that this phone was a used phone but Souq would not replace the phone or refund me.

There is nothing professional or honest about Souq...!
Souq is an organisation that sells anything to make money with no interest in the customer or value for money...!
My advice, stay away from Souq, go buy from a shop where you are guaranteed that when you buy new it will be new. Furthermore the high street store will have a genuine after sales support team who can offer a replacement or refund when there is a genuine issue.!

Warranty procedure

I bought Samsung S8+ with extended ''warranty''
The phone has fallen on the ground the battery and camera malfunctioning because of the impact.
I request a repair under the warranty so it will take more than 4 days to collect the phone?! And the shipment company will never call you until you request a pickup again!
I mean it's really complicated procedure why I have to suffer.
I should buy it from the dealer from the beginning so it will be easy to use the warranty.
I will never buy phones or expensive gadgets from Souq.com.

Very disappointing

Im a seller for so many years in souq and i just found out that my listings in my seller account is almost 200 products as LIVE VIEW but once i checked out the website, i cannot find the products that im actually selling. It only means that they are doing something to block the other sellers to be seen and prioritize those sellers with badge who pays them for advertising. Honestly, i find this very unfair because they still earn from every serious seller who sells genuine products in their website. Very disappointing website. Their Customer Service has NO USE at all. Souq must give importance to the people who trust them from the very start because once trust has been lost, no one will order neither will sell from their website at all. Hope to improve their CS support and their service not only for the consumers but also for the legit sellers like us..

WTF SOUQ JUST WTF

Their driver who was assigned to me was very rude and unsympathetic.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from Souq through the Wing app. I paid for next-day delivery only to find out that it will be delivered the day after because Quick Send's driver refused to deliver in my area because it's just one item.

I would understand that if I did not pay for a next day delivery. I would understand that if my item was less than AED 500.

I hope you can make your drivers understand what is the meaning of next-day delivery and URGENT. It is so frustrating especially when you vacated your schedule for the entire evening just to wait for their driver who happened to be so arrogant.

I am very disappointed about the item that I bought years ago. All I thought that the Item was genuine. I send this "Rayban" to Al Jaber Optical in Deira City Center for repair. But I got shocked to know that this Item is copied not Original.
