Unfortunately i couldn't raise my issue to them, so hopefully this will get to them. Their delivery courier partner WINGS SUCKS big time. I lost three hours of my life waiting for a delivery which their Customer service arent unable to provide a delivery time in order to make it convenience.

Very very Poor service

Hi all
I have placed an order of 5 items on 1st of November
I used to order to my previous address
But this time I changed my address before placing an order
However I received shipment email which says to be delivered in my previous address
Maybe I made a mistake on changing my address buttt
When I received an email I realized my address was wrong and immediately I called to operator on 2nd of november to change my address and he confirmed and said it will take an other 24 hours to deliver which I agreed but nothing I received so far

All fake items

I ordered perfume worth 900 dirhams. I have been a regular user of perfumes and knows the fragrance very well.To my surprise all are fake items sent to me. I opened few of them to check the genuinity of the product. But all of them are fake. I want complete return of the item with complete return of money. I also want refund of the shipping fee.

They sell counterfeits products and cover up their seller by refusing to publish honest reviews of the products.
The censorship is incredible.

One of their sellers, dod_uae, is probably the champion of scams... I wrote this review about a Kettler EZ bar they were selling and it was refused by souq.
"I happen to own a lot of equipment from Kettler. This bar just isn`t a Kettler... the grip is totally wrong (take it from someone who goes to GYM for over 12 years).
The bar is very thin (it has 2.54 cm vs 3.0cm) and the angles are very light, the bar will twist in your hands as you raise it up.
This product is a scam. It says it should weight 7.5kg, instead it has 4.3kg... not just because it's thin but because the steel is made of is very poor."

They also sell products with obvious signs of previous usage and refuse to accept the return.

None of the sellers will ever answer your complaints... and souq is ok with that. Their support is totally useless, only meant to cover up scsms snd fraud.

I bought a Samsung S7 edge from souq.com It`s totally wastage of money I registered complain but no action. Item packing was old aThe nd used. Items were missing. And it`s different from same mobile available in market. May be its copy not original. PlZ plz don`t buy any mobile from souq.com
They are answering my complain and even they don't published my review. Now only option for me is court.

Very bad after service

I bought a printer that was miss-leading advertisied as wireless. I return it but could not get a refund until after 4 months now. Dont believe their return policy.
If you open the product, you cant not return it.

I completely agree with the person's complaint. My case has been even more simpler.
I purchased a smartphone device (OnePlus 5 Phone) from Souq (Order ID: #*******338).

Within weeks after purchase, The phone was giving me problems as it kept restarting by itself - While using the device and also while it was just kept idle. I made a complaint and the Souq Customer Service Guys collected the device and said they repaired it (By Re-Flashing the Software) and gave it back saying it is working normally.

Within a Week again the device started giving the same problem. I tried re-formatting the phone and restoring to factory settings several times but there is no difference. Now the problem has become so much worse that it keeps restarting several times a day and I am unable to use the device sometimes when I an in urgent need of it. This is a phone which I use for my work purposes and the fact that it was returned to me without being properly repaired has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

I made a complaint again on 2nd October 2017 regarding the same issue. Till now no one has bothered to call me even though the customer service person on the phone said someone will contact me within 48 Hours. I called you back again after 48 Hours to remind them myself as there was no response from their side. And again, No one has called me back. I then sent them an email and demanded that they take back the device and provide me with a new device or issue me a refund. This device has some hardware issue and it cannot be resolved by just re-flashing the software. I explained this to Customer Service Person when they took the device for repair the last time and they ignored my advice and just sent it back to me after Re-Flashing the Software. I cannot keep wasting my time by re-formatting it again and again and facing the same problem. They just sent an email and said they can only repair the device and apparently the replacement will only happen if the device is repaired 3 times and still has the same problem! What kind of logic is this? So the customer has to keep suffering with the same problem till he makes 3 complaints and the device is repaired 3 times? If they know something is wrong with the device, Why not just replace it or issue a refund?

I have been such a loyal and regular customer of Souq.com and I have purchased 100's of products from them over the years. This is the first time I had a problem with my product and I must say I am really disappointed with the After-Sales Service. I will not be purchasing anything from them after this terrible experience. There are many better websites out there and I urge everyone to stop using Souq.com. They have become arrogant because of the growth in their business and they feel they can make good profits without providing customer service!

After twice payment. First time rejected hope to get refund earliest. Second attempt also showing no good result. M still waiting for my product which is not yet dispatch by seller edragon and souq people too not pushing matter forward. ¥I have my son birthday planned on car theme. N car yet not shipped. I planned his entry in it... *******aed of party. Looks will go flow coz i trusted this site. Hope to get in 2 days. Else my mind will blow out more..

If there will be 0 star or negative infinity, that will be there rating because they deserve it. They just want to get money not only from buyers but from sellers too! Unfair protection for sellers and they just deducting the amount from ur account without due process. So dnt support this kind of website if they are UNFAIR to people. They dont know how to give importance to the people who help them to become successful in e-commerce. Service really very disappointing

I tried to buy from this site twice.
Once before they were purchased by Amazon, and it was horrible. The item was supposed to be delivered in one week, but right on the delivery date, they change the status to not available. I had to wait another two weeks to get my money back. I don't understand why or how the seller figured out the last minute that the item was not available.
I avoided buying anything from them since, but when Amazon, which in my opinion is the best customer service company on the planet, purchased Souq.com, I though things would be different, and I tried my luck again with a couple of items, both of which were listed as fulfilled by Souq.com. Delivery date came, and I had nothing. I filed a complaint, but got no answer after 24 hours as they said I would. I called, and no use, as everyone experienced, they tell you they will call back, but never do.
But the big surprise was when I checked on the status of my complain online, it said ticket closed! But I had no deliveries, no products, and no response from customer service.
To be honest, I'm not too surprised. It's the same crap I experienced with Ali Baba Express, and I would not expect anything different from a company in the Middle East. But I am, for the first time in eight years, disappointed with Amazon for aligning themselves with such a crappy company.

Very bad and disappointing

Very bad and disappointing service. Unprofessional staff who make promise to call after 1/2 hr but never do. I had to pay twice for the same polo shirt and in the 2nd time I received the wrong color! They didn't even accept to replace the wrong shirt but rather, they asked me to return it and await the refund within 15 working days! Stay away from them.

I recieved several faulted products and when i attempted to review them to alert potential buyers they wrote me an emaik saying that this is a complaint and not a review and that they will not be published.

I asked for a return of the products and they didnt credit my account except for after continuous follow ups for more than one month... With the credit i ordered other products and they havent reached me for 2 weeks and when i contacted them they told me the shipping address is innclear even though they have delivered over 20 prodycts to the very sane address...

DONT DEAL WITH THIS SITE THEY ARE A CON

Major seller quality issue

I have ordered several items from this site from different sellers... this has been my experience:

1. One item was sold as new turned out to be super used

2. One item was sold with certain specifications turned out to be a smaller, bad quality version of the item advertised

3. One item was sold as a special edition what I ended up getting Was a regular edition item

I made order of some car accesories online and also made the payment and on the delivery date when i enquired they said suppiler doesnt have the item and it was a mistake they posted online and i have to cancel the order.
Very bad customer service and worst online shoping experience ever!

First of all they wont be late for shipping the product since you dont give them money if you paid credit card they will be careless cause you already paid butwhen you pa cash they cant be late cause they didnt take the money also mobile phones and games like CDs should be checked before opened cause they may have a sign that cant be similar to fake ones
