EDreams offered the lowest price for our flight available. Efficient process booking flight.
I bought insurance for a flights I knew I'd probably have to change. When I tried to change the dates of the flights, I could not simply change it online, and waited an HOUR AND A HALF on two occasions to try to change the flights. My insurance was not honored, and I was told I had to re-book the fights and my original flights would be cancelled. They week before I got ready to fly, I'm getting TWO email about confirming my flights. Apparently, my departure flight was never actually cancelled at all and now I am out money for that flight because it is too late to get any refund and I bought insurance! I do not wish to wait and hour and a half to even TRY to contact eDreams so I give up. I do all my flight searching on Kayak.com and third parties like eDreams and JustFly and Priceline, etc. show up all the time, but I must say this is a lesson learned. I am ONLY going to book DIRECTLY with an airline in the future and not deal with these third party intermediaries to try to get the best price, it is not worth it. Imagine you at the airport and can't deal directly with the airline if you have an issue, you have to wait on phone for over an hour to talk to someone rather than dealing directly with the actual airlilne.
In conclusion, eDreams did not cancel my flight and I was DOUBLE-BOOKED on 2 different airlines (Spirit and Frontier) and now I am stuck with an extra flight voucher I cannot use.
They unable to assist on anything, I booked last minute flight, they ask me wait confirmation for 24 hours! HORRIBLE COMPANY KEEP AWAY
Bookied flights from Malaga to Heathrow, via Madrid, using Iberia airline for two adults.
The online checkin was only available for the Madrid to Heathrow part of our journey, and asked for seat choices, at an extra cost to sit together, this we paid for.
The Malaga to Madrid leg was not open for online checking, but had a note to contact airline,with no number to contact, and being a Saturday, the Iberia office was closed, only open mon-fri.
We arrived at the airport with 3 hrs spare to checking, which was11.45.
At the airport there was no iberia desk, and no Iberia flights were planned.
Speaking to an edreams customer service person at prime vip,they were as surprised as us, but stated we should be on a train to connect with Madrid flight and our ticket confirmation would allow us on the train, despite there not being a barcode as no checkin was available.
We travelled across malaga to the main station, showed our confirmation, but it was not recognised as a ticket, so had to buy 2 tickets at the cost of 261.70 euros, as only these seats were available, I believe other passengers had been in the same predicament.
Luckily we made this train with 3 minutes to spare, or we would have missed our connecting flight.
Once at Madrid Airport and boarding the flight we were told our seats,that we paid extra for, were changed to two different seats at either end of the plane, and that we were just one of many that had this type of change.
The whole day was very stressful and upsetting, on what should have been a fairly simple transaction.
I have been automatically put as a Prime vip member, but feel anything but a valued customer.
All goes fast. Very Very Easy. All was logic. Not expensive.

The reservation was easy and fast. I hope that it will be the same during our flight.
I have had the worst experience with this travel agency online. I booked 3 return flights and Edreams only confirmed my return flight, so I tried to contacted to them to ask for my outboand fligth email confirmation and they just told me that my fligth was canceled, and i needed to book another fligths but obviosly with an extra price, they told me that the Airline didnt have more seats available and thats why thet cancelled my outbond flight, and the only thing edreams can do is book another fligth more. So I asked for a REFUND cause they didnt respect with the service offered.
Now they don´t want to give me the Refund for those cancel flights.
So PLEASE NEVER BOOK WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

All flights were canceled by airlines
A total of $ 49,000.00 forty-nine thousand Mexican pesos were paid in a single debit card payment
Up to a point I understood that the reimbursements will be delayed due to the pandemic, but it is already over a year and a half since I paid this amount and they have not reimbursed me

Latam Airlines and
Wamos Air
This is a fraud, a robbery, an assault
They have already ridden my money at their pleasure and they still do not return my property, money for which I worked and saved for years
Each one makes their decision to consume and buy with this company, but here is my experience today, Saturday, June 5,2021 (two thousand twenty-one)
I have all the e-mails and documents where they specify my case and its follow-up but no money, it has been more than 5 months since they wrote to me for the last time

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
