Totally useless. Booked a flight via Edreams. Their website shows they are very flexible with regards to changes. Unfortunately the person flying contracted Covid-19 (is OK) so I contacted customer service.
I used all my call credits of 500 minutes over 2 days on hold being transferred to the customer transfer desks over 8 different calls - managed to get 1 flight changed, but still waiting for the return flight. As I can not get hold of the customer change desk (not reachable direct but only after being transferred by the secretary after a long long long long waiting time) I still have not managed to change the return flight. FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DO NOT USE! Just realised I paid over E900 for a useless 1-way flight...
Had to paid for check in both ways 110€ because online says its" impossible to make check in and get boarding passes"

Price of a tickets was lowest although combination of two airlines, and one of them was WizzAir. Since WizzAir site was down, they eDreams didn't get confirmation of my tickets (declined was the status) and I had to book again on my own. Nevertheless, I wrote to eDreams and my money was returned for WizzAir tickets.

EDreams is very inefficient, and motivated to assist their clients whose flights are cancelled by airlines.
Its online chat assistant or agent works under the same protocol as its robot, asking the same question and asking you to wait for 12,24, or 72 hours without relating to the client's concerns and urgency. When they accept to connect you to an expert, it's actually another agent who starts afresh and tells you to wait for another 48 hours.
Their mobile line takes at least 5 minutes to connect you to an agent to assist with your case. And if you are calling internationally, 60 mins of talking-time must be available to permit you to lay out your complaint; otherwise, you'll have to call again and start afresh with a new agent.
EDreams may need to capacitate its customer service agents (especially via its online chat system). It's easy to get frustrated with eDreams once the airline cancels your flight.
When such an event happens. Its advisable to take your booking details directly to the airline and disregard any protocol with eDreams if you must make it out.

Edreams and citizenplane are thieves they stole my money I chose a ticket by 1600 and they deducted 4880 after I contact them edreams said its citizenplane and citizenplane said its edreams and I visited the airways company office they said edreams and citizenplane deal with company called pan pacific enterprise group and they are stealing people money I am writing my review to advise all people don't book from this website they will steal ur money they are thieves.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
