I found the hotel where we were supposed to stay was rated miserable in the last three years. It seems that the management changed and the guests are extremely unsatisfied.
First they said I had a 30 days trial I try the sevice once and wanted to cancel, on the platform it said I had to call to cancel! I was never able to get a hold of anyone to cancel the subscription…. Then ofcourse they made a charge to my card for a yearly plan…. It's been a month and am not able to reach them. After they charge you for a year you are now able to cancel the subscription on the platform but not able to get a refund. It's a scammmmmmmmm!
They operate a scam. They sign you up for a 'prime membership' automatically so you pay $100 after a month. I paid extra for having my flight changed but they did nothing and I had to sleep at the airport. DONT BOOK WITH EDREAMS!
The program works well I advise everyone I ordered a ticket for the first time in my life, but everything is described in detail and clearly, you can find cheap tickets if you urgently need

Even though it is an effective site, I don't want to have a Prime membership. I feel forced to remember to cancel the free trial in 2 months from now, exactly by a time in which I'll be traveling.

I bought check in baggage for $50 (air asia) and yet the actual airline only charge about $20.
I don't know if I will buy ticket from them ever again. This is my 4th times bought tickets from them.

Sometimes rates change to dynamic in few minutes and prime discount is sold as membership to us, so have to careful whether its going to be useful for frequent flyers.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
