After purchasing my ticket Dublin to Mumbai for €869, I was surprised to know that it doesn't have normal luggage allowance. For normal luggage which I had to pay extra charges, next time I have to be more alert.

I didn't realize at first that the 4-star hotel I booked would be eco-friendly, but what a nice surprise! A whole hotel that actually cares about the environment; from eco-friendly furnishings to recycling bins throughout the property, eco-a/c and lighting! Such a refreshing breath! And conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona, walking distance to all the sites and just north of the beach! And has a pool and hot tub on a beautiful upper terrace with views of the city and conveniently serves food until 11:30pm at night for late night snacks or 24/hr room service! I will definitely recommend!

It was a good experience overall. But a little frustrated that I was buying for my parents and while I asked them for any question; the prices changes between minutes or at the end the prices goes up when you are ready to pay. I was able to used a coupon so it worked out for my tickets

My Good Experience Booking with eDreams
I had a great experience booking my flight through eDreams. The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found multiple flight options that fit my schedule and budget. I received a confirmation email right away with all the necessary details, and I liked how I could manage my booking directly through their app.
First time using. Will know more once this trip is completed. So far it seems to be correct in all aspects. I will follow up then. To give an honest review…. Needs to be a completed trip. Have had too many bad experiences with others.
Our journey consists of 2 part and 2 different air ways. Iberia quicky sent me a confirmation mail but Air Algerie not. Thankfully, edreams is still sending emails for information. I am glad for chose you 😊
Tickets deal was moderate, but Turkish airline service was very poor. All three of My luggage are missing and am stranded at the airport. I am without my luggage as I type. Some air hosters were very disrespectful, acted in racist attitude.
I am happy with various booking options made available, timely information and delivery. However, I am yet to get the confirmation details for my Glasgow to Winnipeg journey on 18th June from Air Transit.

I did not find accomodation. Everything that was offered was old, expensive, far from the city or wuth very low ratings. Thats why I dont want to renew my subscription. Other platforms gave me better accomodation.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
