So I'm edreams prime member. Bought ticket last minute ticket flying to London from Tel Aviv, they took the money but never issued my boarding pass therefore the airline didn't have any seats left. Shame on this type of third party company. Don't ever use them. Time wasters, impossible to reach them via the app, you can talk to a robot that doesn't transfer the message to anyone just goes in circles.
Terrible service left me and my mum stranded in a whole another island. The amount of stress, money and time these guys cost us is terrible. They just don't care about people I would definitely not recommend this service your better off somewhere else.
It was reliable on theirs updates so, I didn't accumulate stress.

My refund request is still outstanding from May 2020. Website send you around in circles and the chat bots are beyond useless. Heaps of time spent chatting to agents via message chat and they never call back when they say they will. Worst experience ever and I am still waiting for a $4000 refund as of march 2021. Very bad customer service
The airline cancelled my flight. It's been under review for a refund since 9/11- it's now 10/11. They won't even allow me to "chat with a live person," until it's 14 days from my return flight.
By that point, I won't be able to use the funds to book a new return flight; because the rates will have more than doubled for waiting too long.
You can't access a live person, the site isn't set up well for self-service options, and I would never use this service again. I wish I'd read reviews prior to purchasing. They've been absolutely awful, changing my flights multiple times, and failing to reimburse for changes or cancellations that they made AFTER my booking.

They listed an economy ticket as business class on sky scanner! I paid 400% more than I was supposed to! Complete scam. I will be instructing my law firm to take legal action against edreams so they know not to do this crap again. EVERYONE stay away from edreams the customer service is a sham - look at the other reviews on here
It is a platform to help book air tickets, will closely consult customers' needs, and will provide additional services.
Extremely disappointed with eDreams' refund service for my Bogota to Quito flight ticket. Paid over $100, yet received a mere $13.24 USD refund. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid eDreams at all costs. Their refund service is the worst I've ever encountered. Never using their platform again.
EDreams refused to offer solutions or problem solve for this particular customer. I paid $860.74 for an airline ticket that is now worthless because of a single letter typographical mistake. They refuse to support their own business values when it comes to customer care. No change, no refund, no acceptance of a substantial administration fee offered by me. They deny, blame others and make excuses. They offer no transparency and when challenged about their integrity they ghost you. They refused to accept the contact name and details of the airline representative that accepted the change. If I can influence 10 potential customers not to use eDreams then its not a total loss. Use this on line travel agency at your own risk. You are better off dealing straight with the airline companies themselves. Such a change through them costs $30 not the total loss of your ticket. My story will be shared world wide to protect others from experiencing the nightmare I have endured with eDreams.
I am so happy to have availed the Prime account. I was able to book cheap flights and hotels!
Avoid at all cost using Edreams, they charged me for a Edreams subscription of £59 and refused to refund my flight money when the booked me on a flight, I didn't request.
The customer service is appalling and contacting them difficult.
Do not use this company, reading now that so many others suffered the same treatment, experience.

However, I requested a change to reschedule the flight to August 26th, departing from Düsseldorf Airport, Germany, to Istanbul.
I have checked the application, but it appears that the flight has not yet been updated. Could you please confirm the status of my request at your earliest convenience?

EDreams the worst online booking ever. I have experienced. I booked the ticket for my family (4) to Egypt in Dec 2023 for 1600£, but unfortunate (for everyone) conflict started between Israel region. So we cannot risk going there. We call the Edreams to cancel and ask for refund. After too much going over call and email they agree to refund 39 pound. If you want long sleepless nights, thinking about what you will do about you refund or holiday, they use these vendor.
They are not helpful at all when things go south. Unfortunately we pick them for the first and last time.
Better use booking.com, they are more helpful.

We paid for a hotel in Roma, Italy, that doesn't exist through the e Dreams app!
Our booking reference number *******7252 has been confirmed many times.
A real shock for us!
Customer support was very poor and left us waiting for more than 6 hours without any information on what to do.In the email sent, it can be seen that it was only in the evening! (picture is attached) In the meantime, we barely found another accommodation and paid dearly, and they won't even refund what we paid them! We are very disappointed!

They make zero effort to work with you. They hung up on me, ended conversations when I reasonably wanted assistance when they cancelled my flights last minute. Absolutely do not book, no matter what the deal is. You will regret it later.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
