Incredibly poor customer service from edreams. I notified edreams 3 weeks ago of an airline flight cancellation which affected the return leg of a trip booked through edreams (note this was not shown on my edreams personal account and the flight was shown as being ok even though the airline had confirmed to me separately it was cancelled). Over the last 3 weeks I have made 6 phone calls requesting alternative return flight arrangements be made (I even quoted specific details regarding an ideal solution). I have been promised calls back from their "specialist team" within 72 hours but now twice they have failed to contact me. So far, I am still waiting for a resolution and all I get when I chase by phone is that edreams have "made the request with the airline" or "are waiting to hear back from the airline". I personally would avoid a travel reservation company that needs 3 weeks + to get hold of an airline to make a simple booking change. Completely unacceptable customer service.

This is the worst company that I've ever encountered. I have been waiting for a refund since September 2020. The airline cancelled the flight and refunded the money back to eDreams in March of 2021. Today is January 12,2024... I still have not received anything. I've had nothing but the run around from customer service... they keep saying that they will send me proof of refund within 72 hours... weeks, months and years have gone by and nothing. I'm thinking about suing at this point or doing a social media post so it can go viral and warn others to beware of this company. And what's worse is they have no number to call customer service. All you can do is email back and forth and each time it's a new person responding, then they close out the ticket and you have to start over. This is ridiculous.

Using eDreams to get the lowest cost flight booking was easy and no problems. Airline confirmation came through with 30mins.
Last year, I booked a flight ticket through them, but somehow, in doing so, I unwittingly accepted a subscription—perhaps hidden in the Terms and Conditions or through some unclear method of signing up without awareness.
Now, I'm attempting to contact them for a refund because I haven't utilized the service, but I can't seem to reach them. Their phone number is inactive, and they don't entertain inquiries unless you have an active booking. It's frustratingly well-crafted. I've witnessed numerous people fall victim to this scam.
I strongly advise against using this company; it's untrustworthy!

They just got the money, and vanish, but the funny and disgusting fact is that they are still selling for you whatsoever but not paying their debts! How can this be legal?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
